I have to pull hard in order to open it. It doesn't close correctly too, it has a noticeable gap. I wonder how this pass quality assurance

I had it on a stackable pedestal and the company coming to do the geek squad install refused to install it on my pedestal washer.

Intermitent major leak

I believe this will fix it. Looks great but is worthless at this point

Too bad the seal was broken and it leaked

Evidently the seal is broken and we now have to replace it, which means another very difficult installation because it’s stacks in a tight space

Piece of junk

Because it was a stacked washer/dryer, LG refused to honor the warranty unless we unstacked it. Now almost exactly two years later, the bearings have apparently gone out and when I called a recommended appliance repair they said they do not service stacked units and their recommendation is just to buy a new washer.

Horrible customer service

They have multiple call centers across multiple countries, long wait times, no central place for coordination and they don’t actually care about the end customer experience. In fact, they literally lie to get you off the phone. Would never buy from BestBuy again.

Very disappointed

I’ve never seen anything like it before. It’s also making a very loud grinding noise when the drum moves/spins. Also when it spins it bounces and moves. The first night it was used the little drawer where you put detergent and softener was thrown out and there were pieces of it laying around. My washer was turned sideways. My laundry detergent was all in the floor. They are sending a replacement but I’m just not too sure of it after reading the noise reviews on it. I wish I knew how to post videos because I would.

The delivery people absolutely destroyed these when they delivered them. Best Buy offered a measly $200 GIFT CARD, not even a refund. Then never sent it. This LG is a noisy waste of money....

This one took the place of the 1st one that made it 10 years. This one, unfortunately, is awful! Its very noisy, the motor pulsing and humming at least every 8-10 seconds during the washing. And when the motor winds up, you can hear it everywhere in the house practically. Noisy too in Turbo Mode which CANNOT be de-selected in the normal wash cycle. There are few cycles where one can actually de-select turbo mode and its noisy in turbo mode too. Also when the washer turn on/off water supply it seems to do so so quickly the pipes now bang! Finally, I happen to be a "manual" person and like to know how to operate correctly the appliance - I like a paper manual. If you do too, you won't get one here. There are about 1-2 pages of operating instructions - how to set up the washer and load the soap and thats it! No owners manual suppled.

Loud AF and it sounds like a turbine turning

Pretty but Junky

While this washer looks beautiful with the rose gold trim, it's really junk. My third Samsung in two months and this one can basically do a average load of laundry on the quick cycle However, when it comes to ringing out pillows or so on, it can't. I don't know if the answer is to buy American but not happy with this machine and would not recommend it. It can be very loud at times too.

As it's drying all the lint retracts from the vent and accumulates around the door. Once the dryer is complete, and you open the door, 10% falls out. Not sure why LG hasn't taken time to resolve this matter, but I returned my units. This issue can cause a serious hazard to your home.
