    Very nice machine but you really need to have some knowledge of how computers work. Can do without the code letters the machine gives you for various problems. They are in the manual.

    The thing runs great. We used to have a Samsung and seemed to have nothing but problems with it. This LG is quiet and does a great job washing. Everything comes out smelling super clean.

    So far so good. I've never had a front loading washer before. It works great. Quietest washer I've ever had. Fast and so fast seems efficient. Make sure to follow the cleaning advice for front loaders.

    While the unit seems to be fine, only weeks later, I am disgusted by Customer Service. Not ONLY was I told to go to different stores during pickup- hours away, I wasn’t given information. The agent sent me ORIGINAL RECEIPT to the WRONG email address. Then said they can’t send me another receipt. Due to their ERROR! So, I’m absolutely appalled at the horrible CS I have received from day one. Now it’s weeks later and they still have horrible CS. Lied to about warranty, paid extra, can’t login to MY account I’ve had for a decade, their fault. I mean, the list goes on and on. If I were to actually win something, it would make this experience worth it. lol. Otherwise, I am EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. I have sent formal complaints, but apparently they don’t do anything and aren’t even logged. So, yeah. There’s that.
