    Love how it senses what kind of clothes you put in. The cycles finish so fast and the washer talks to the matching dryer so you're done with laundry in no time! I was forced to buy a new washer and I'm happy i found this one.

    Love this washer, no upright agitator to rip up the more delicate items, a great spin speed to get the towels and blankets drier, intelligent programming interface, all in all a great purchase.

    after 15 years with no issues with my Samsung set, I decided it is time to refresh my laundry appliances and selected this LG set based on the 4.5 reviews at the time. Don't be foolled by the reviews, it was a mistake getting this LG set. The system is less than 4 months old and I am already having issues with both the washer and the dryer. The washer offers quite a few cycles but we mostly use the normal cycle for regular and the white cycle for the cotton products and towel.     Very pleased with this steam washer! Shortly after getting it, my sister had a cat pee on some of her clothes. Ran it through my washer with the steam cycle and completely odor free!

    Bought this washer a few weeks ago. Set up was fast and easy. I wash clothes 2 times a week, bedding and towels once a week. This washer does an amazing job, no matter how large or small the load

    I purchased this washer because it was the only front-load, full size washer with a depth under 34" that I could find at Best Buy. I had clearance issues so this was a hard requirement. Overall, it works well and I'm happy with it so far. Only issue is that the wifi is very finicky and it won't connect to my router.

    Only had for a couple of weeks, but from the use it's had so far... it works. I honestly wouldn't be bothered about the WiFi aspect... more annoying that it notifies via text (and App) when it's finished. We got on Sale, but if you're choosing WiFi or not.... save your $ and don't worry about WiFi.

    Installed washer and dryer for 2 months. Technicians are very knowledgeable. They set up and make sure machines are running. So far there isn’t problem I like LG brand. The price isn’t too high, the size is good for a small family.
