    I canceled my order because the product was delayed in shipping. Problem was, nobody called to inform me of the delay and took the day off to take delivery and it never arrived. Not the best customer care.I went to Home Depot and got delivery within a day. Also, Home Depot is partnered with Affirm so purchasing power was of considerable difference.

    Washer worked perfectly when using presets. Option functions were not working. LG customer support told me how to reset the electronic controls. Everything working fine. Unit seems well built.
