    machine kept jumping around even at the lowest settings. had to install ropes around it to stand still the machine has no balance.

We understand the importance of having a washer that stays stable during operation, and your description of the machine moving around—even on low settings—really helps us see what you’re dealing with.

      One helpful step you can try is checking the leveling legs at the bottom of the washer. Even a slight imbalance can cause significant vibration. Make sure all four legs are firmly touching the floor and adjust them until the washer sits evenly. You can also run the Tub Clean cycle afterward, as residue buildup can sometimes contribute to unbalanced loads.     Delivered Sep 25 and by Oct 11 It was already failing, now Best Buy tells me my return period is over, so I'm stuck with a non working, $1k brand new washing machine. Best Buy my behind, they have the shortest return period of all stores. WATCH OUT!!
