    Best Buy installed this machine in May, broke one of my valves in the process of disconnecting my old machine. I had to get a plumber to replace it. Worse yet, the Best Buy installer mixed up the hoses, and switched cold for hot, which shrunk all my kids clothes and felted my favorite woolens. I filed a claim, and months later hear back it's denied because they "never installed my machine, only dropped it off"-- a blatant lie. I filed another claim, and now it's almost 3 months later and it's still unresolved. I'm so regretting purchasing from here instead of my reliable local appliance store. Still hoping this will be resolved, or I won't trust this place again.
