I was a bit skeptical on all the functions but this is really easy to use. Does a great job, efficient, quiet and HUGE capacity. Love It.

quiet runs quietly easy to operate plenty of wash cycles to choose from the only odd thing is it has a drain hose out front and screw in filter that i guess you have to occassionaly have to empty but water ends up leaking all over the place even when you try to put a shallow pan underneath it. leaky

Nice machine. Easy to use. Washes nicely. No problems so far. Have washed about 15 times since receipt. No smell. I wipe the gasket when finished. Am waiting for my purchased bags to wash delicate items as recommended by manual. Have washed delicate items separately with no problems. Can't connect the machine to my router even though my router has recognized the machine (indicated on I phone). Machine works fine without internet connection.

I love the capacity! It can accommodate big comforter. The options are great and efficient.

So far so good-we’ve had the washer about a month now, can’t believe how dry the clothes come out after the spin cycle—can hang them on the line in summer and they’re dry in a couple of hours! The water does accumulate around the rim so we’re drying that with microfiber after emptying and leaving the door open awhile as suggested. Not too loud, good range of cycles—overall very happy with it so far.

Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore Elite that would have cost too much to fix. This LG has been a good replacement in terms of capacity and features. So far has been without issues though we bought the service plan just to be sure it's worry free for a good while. Our only issue was the installation service was very rushed and the hoses were crammed against the wall and sticking out everywhere as compared to how I installed the Kenmore previously.

Easy to use, cleans clothes quickly and thoroughly. Quiet while operating. Love the Steam and the Turbo wash options.

Definitely recommend. I purchased this washer after researching and watching a lot of reviews and recommendations. I was looking for the most reliable washer. LG was at the top of almost everything I saw. There are also a couple of other brands that rank at the same level, but they are a bit less popular in this area and would probably be more difficult to get repairs. This washing machine has a ton of options and functionality. I wouldn't have expected to appreciate the app as much as I do. No more having to go to the laundry room to check to see if the cycle is done. Get reports on how your washing machine is doing, yes please. Want to be reminded when it's time to clean your washer, also yes. We do a lot of loads of laundry and it's handled everything excellently. If you're looking for recommendations, I can endorse this purchase.

The LG 4.5 Cubic Foot Smart Front-Load Washer has built-in-intelligence and has very high efficiency. It is easy to use, very quiet and well priced.

I used to have LG front load washing machine that was very reliable and easy to manage. Then I tried top load and was totally disappointed with the quality of washing. I decided to buy this model and I’m happy so far: quiet, washes really good, modern looking. Hope it will last long

Washer works great. We had a larger GE washer that we returned because the drain pump was crazy loud, this unit is surprisingly quite and does a good job washing.

I am really liking this new washer so far. I had my last set of LG washer & dryer for 20 years. This new set gets the clothes really clean and I like the new features helping to keep the sea from getting gross. As well as the antibacterial and allergen settings. These were a major selling feature for me.

I like this washer a lot! I an giving a 4 star rating due to the initial odor of the rubber in the washer. However, I followed the instructions that came with the washer and cleaned it as directed and the odor greatly improved! I’ve since repeated the cleaning cycle and the odor is almost gone now.

Efficient, silent, easy to use and adapt all my washing needs

I love my new washer!! I typically use only the right side of the dial as none none of our clothing really requires steam cleaning, or sanitation, however the bright white cycle is great for keeping your whites white! The machine cleans well and is very efficient with most loads completing in 30-45 minutes. I also like the musical notes letting me know a cycle has completed. So much nicer than a buzzer.

Easy to use, faster than my previous one and reliable brand.
