I’ve had some unwanted results when using liquid detergent. What is too much detergent to prevent SUD message from appearing and skewing the entire wash cycle?

When the Geek Squad went to install, they found that the doors to the washer and dryer backed up to each other. Not only would they hit an eventually break because it’s glass, but I would have to put my clothes out of my washer onto the floor walk around the doors to then put my clothes into the dryer. So I have a bad back and a bad tip. This is not what I wanted when I purchased this item. The National agent from Geek Squad was extremely rude to me when I called to ask him what to do about this. I have been a loyal Geek Squad customer for many many years but not anymore.

Problem was, nobody called to inform me of the delay and took the day off to take delivery and it never arrived. Not the best customer care.I went to Home Depot and got delivery within a day. Also, Home Depot is partnered with Affirm so purchasing power was of considerable difference.

I got product delivered but its seating on my garage because of the incompetent guys you sent over initially as they can't lift the product upstairs to install. Now I got three installation day over past three weeks and everytime technician doesn't showed up. Whenever I call best buy , I just get new date and false hope; again I got a dat for 8/19, if no one showedup this time then I will surely take help from law to teach you guys tough lesion as I can't imagine you guys are so pathetic and incompetent.

In just 1 and a half years, the new machine started having issues. When I turn the dial, it’s not going to the next setting and so no more cold water wash. Highly disappointed with the purchase. I would not recommend LG to anyone.
