Our old washer was bought second-hand. So, it’s expectedly not to last that long. Before we got this LG washer, we’re used to hearing loud, shaky, clunky washer. It’s almost like our whole house is going down with our old washer. So imagine our relief and great joy to finally replaced that old thing with this LG washer. With that said, I’m not sure if my review of this LG washer will be totally biased or maybe a little exaggerated. This washer is really great!!! It’s silent (of course not totally silent. But I can have a good night sleep even if I sleep beside this washer-that-kind-of-silence), it’s not shaky and cleans clothes/beddings really well! I love that there’s this turbowash feature. I believe it really helps with removing the dirt. Also, the considering it’s exterior size, the capacity inside is really huge (again compared to our old washer which is the same size as this LG washer). If there’s only one negative comment I have to say is that it doesn’t work with the app such that it tells you the cycles. I thought I can monitor the cycles using the app. But it only has the smart monitoring feature which only lets you know if there are any performance issues (more of technical issues resolutions). Other than that, all hands up to this washer.

Wow, it is so quite!! Gets my towels clean in half the time with the "turbo" feature.

Seems to be a good washer. Reasonably quiet and works well. I like the turbo wash function. Setting up the wifi with that app takes some patience as its not easy. Look for the barcode inside the front door. Also you need your wifi to be on 2.4 ghz and not 5.

Great washing machine. Cleans our clothes some much better than our old machine. It is also a lot quieter than our old one. We have 7 different people doing laundry in the house so it seems to always be in use.

It is silent and leaves the clothes so much drier after the spin cycle than my Maytag did! Got this at 54% off because of residue on the front. Such a silly reason but all the better for me!

My first front load washer and dryer. Great performance and fast ,easy to use .no more annoying noise of my old washer and dryer. Really satisfied

So far this washer has been great. It spins the water out so well (with much less noise than my old washer) that a few times I checked the items to make sure they were actually washed! Even with this great spin out, everything seems to be treated more gently. My only complaint is that the door needs a good push to secure it shut and a good pull to open.

Love this washer. Can do a high soil speed wash with extra rinse in 30 minutes. Clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean

Love this washer. It holds a large load, it cleans well. It is quiet. The wifi option is amazing. You are able to remote start the cycle and check to see when the wash has ended. You can even select what cycle to run though the app. Plenty of different features. Looks great. I am very happy with this product.

Got this washer about 2 weeks ago to replace a leaky one. Did lots of research and LG makes the best washers and dryer so settled with this model. So far so good. Much quieter compared to my last one.

This machine replaced my 11 yr old LG front load washer. The new one is very similar, however it has some added features that hold promise. I'm still learning what it can all do. It is super quiet. Big improvement over the machine it replaced. Really happy about that. The control panel is a disappointment. It does not light up! The indicators for any particular setting light up, but the label(s) that correspond and define what that setting is do not. I have to get right up to the panel to read what settings I have chosen because it is, by design, a dark control panel. This reason cost LG one star and lowered the rating to "Good"

We upgraded to the newer model and this has been a great choice. Very quiet and efficient and really made a good choice. Now planning on using the matching dryer as a stackqble to save space.

Only been a couple of weeks but so far everything is working as expected. Haven’t used all of the options yet, but happy with what we’ve seen so far..Wash cycles seem faster than the old washer and controls are similar making it easier to use for us. delivery/installation was prompt and problem-free. We’re hoping for 8 to 10 years of dependable service like we got from our last LG.

Does a great job cleaning clothes.not hard to use and there are a lot of settings.
