We like this washer. It is quiet and does a good job washing. Large enough to wash our comforter and has easy to use digital settings. We do take care to dry the door seals after a wash as recommended and have had no problems to date.

It's doing it's job! I bought is because I have REALLY hard water and my last washer only lasted 4 years. The app will not sync (don't really need an app, anyway...). I like the different settings, too. It is very LOUD, a lot louder than my samsung.

Love this Smart Gas Dryer, efficient, cost efficient, the Product works great, however, the process of getting it installed by Best Buy was laborious at best. Form time of purchase to install , it took nearly 3 weeks! Upon each arrival of 3 separate sets of delivery persons, the wrong exhaust was brought each time, thus delaying the use of the machines by near to 3 weeks! It also cost me personal money to the tune of a loss of a full days work! Over $400 dollars. I love the machine, but the install efficiency of Best Buy was less than Satisfactory !

This washer seems to clean clothes well. The process is quiet and there are many cleaning cycles to choose from. The ThinQ option is nice, though it's most usable features are the notifications when the cycle is done and when the tub needs to be cleaned. I don't know how this compares to other machines, but for the price, it seemed worth it.

My parents bought an LG washer and said it was the best one they had ever used. I purchased this LG washer about 2 months ago and couldn’t be more happy! It is very quiet and does a super job! I highly recommend.

Fantastic washer and dry combo. Several wash cycles to choose from for all your needs and the dryer has a steam dry function great for refreshing a shirt with wrinkles for those like me who forget to put stuff away!

This is an upgrade from a GE front loader that crapped out after only 5 years. This does an incredible job of washing clothes, towels, and sheets with ease. I love that I am notified when the wash is done via app. Word of advice, to prevent mold/mildew, when not in use, open the door, including the detergent drawer.

Great washer, gentle on clothing. Lots of functions that are actually useful depending on what you want to wash. No bad smells, ez to maintain. Works as good as the first day we bought it almost 1 year since purchased!

Love my new washing machine! Easy to use! No bending down to take out laundry and easy to operate.

So far, so good, have just done several loads of wash. The clothes come out clean, most of the moisture is gone making drying quicker. Being alerted on my cellphone about how much time is left for the load to finish is so helpful!!! Washer holds lots of laundry, which is great!!! Will take a bit of time to figure out which features are available for each specific type of laundry, and which cannot be combined, as I saw when trying to change the spin cycle on a heavy duty load. Drying all the moisture remaining moisture in the rubber seal of the door is always going to be a bit of a chore, but not hard to do, and from what I understand, essential to prevent mold and funky smells.

Compared to our last washing machine, this one is much quieter and the cycles are true to the timing. If it says it has 1 more minute to go it only has one more minute. This one has more options than our last one which I like a lot.

Live my new washer. It cleans well. Since my washer and dryer are located in the hall bathroom. I do notice washer a lil noisy. Lots of water swishy sounds. But, I just close bathroom door. So I’m happy with it. It holds lots.

It's an excellent washing machine. I love how it works and it can wash a lot of things at once, it's very practical and accessible 10/10 the Best Buy I’ve ever did.
