My favorite features so far are the light that turns on in the dryer once the door is opened ( which works well for me as the washer and dryer are housed in my garage), minimal noise when the machines are running, and the exterior design. I also would like to give MUCH thanks to the men who delivered the set. They were very professional and got the job done quickly.

LG refuses to repair under warranty. We are not washing knives, or dragging razor blades out with the clothes, and yet we are now left with a leaking, broken washer that cost $800 and will now cost another $200+ to fix. I've had front load washers before and have never had this happen. Absolute garbage.

The installers were very kind and helpful! We purchased a washer and dryer for another house through another company a few years ago and had a bad experience and had to hire someone to come to the house to balance the washer
