Works great. Previous washer & dryer were made by LG and after 14 yrs they worked great as well! Saved money due to maintenance agreement with Best Buy. Love the little tune they both play at the end of their cycle. Not irritating at all and very pleasant. My brother laughs every time he hears it.

I'm posting on behalf of my wife. She loves both her LG washing machine and her LG dryer. Cleans fast and drys fast. There's no need for energy-wasting, long-run cycles. Both machines are quiet and the displays are straightfoward and uncomplicated. The machines have bluetooth capability (I think), but weve not gone there yet.

Didn’t pay attention to side door opens so now I have to take wet clothes around the door to put in the dryer. This is a pain and would have to have a new drain installed to fix this. Also, my previous washer Had a light inside the machine. This one does not and I really miss that feature.

We absolutely Love this new washing machine. We were actually able to wash our Quilted Bedspread which we usually have to take the laundromat and use one of the Giant machines becuse it was always just too big for our machine(s) at home, but we were able to wash it in our new machine and it came out great. Just so many other features including how Quiet it is. So glad we upgraded to the LG.

DO NOT forget to take out the shipping screws when installing the washer, or it will be very noisy. Works well, uses less power and water than our old washer (2010ish model don't remember the brand).

Bought for my son as a house warmi g gift and it works great!!! We still use our set we bought 9 years ago and won't go with another brand.

Pros; We love the look of the LG. Easy to use. Works great as intended, only to a point however Quiet while running Cons (we purchased this model previously); What we found that was disappointing; - the boot developed a couple of holes due to rubbing in three locations. Need something to protect the boot from moving component. - the stabilizer (shocks) that keep the tub from moving around too much were worn to where they needed to be replaced. Need higher quality (not plastic) component. As it was going to be nearly the same cost for repairs we chose to purchase another washer so we did not have to purchase another dryer as well. Unfortunately I have found that most manufacturers produce a lower quality product than they have in the past. Not meant to last.

Love this washer! Very quiet and nice looking. We have a matching Dryer and its just as quiet and efficient.

Runs very well. It is quiet, cleans fast, and is easy to use. The AI intelligence decides what wash is the best so all you have to do is load it and push one button and you are good to go.
