I love my new washer. I’m a gadget and technology freak and the new washer is so cool. It sends data about the wash load that it just completed to the dryer over our wifi so the dryer will know how much water is still in the cloths. It uses half the water per load of our old washer and this is important if you are on a private septic system because you don’t want to overload the system with water it cal lead to expensive failure. Anyway, this is super cool it also used about half the soap we used to put in our old washer and the clothes come out great

This was a vast improvement over our old washer. The controls and features we have used all work as advertised. I have not used the app or high tech features at all. I have not had issues with smells. Thy only complaint I have the the overall depth the door sticks out 2" more then our old washer so if you have a tight space fro depth measure well at the middle of the door.

Extremely pleased with the washer. Uses less water but gets the clothes very clean and is not rough on the clothes.

Washer has good capacity and reasonable defined settings but modifying the temperature is not intuitive.

Great purchase, very happy with the ease of use and efficiency. Cleans all clothes, towels sheets very well and efficiently.

Works as advertised. Quick, seems to be efficient. Smart features with app work well for a busy family with young children to help keep things moving.

LG is a leader in front load washers and it didn't take long using this to see why. It has more features than you'll probably every use. To be honest we probably would have been fine getting the 3600, but on sale it didn't cost that much more. Bought my first LG front loader about 13 years ago and this is much, much better. Love the door latch that keeps you from shutting the washer door so an extra water can dry out.

High quality design and easy to use. It's great that it connects to the app, along with the matching LG dryer. My wife was able to select the settings herself the other night from her office after I loaded the clothes into the washer. Love it!

It's been a week, and I've enjoyed using it. Not noisy and fuctions well. Especially I love its steam function. Good for towels and beddings.

This washer is awesome. The ThinQSpp lets me know when my laundry has finished and ready to put in the dryer.

I purchased this washer about two weeks ago and so far I have been very impressed with everything I have washed in it, I replaced a Samsung washer that was 8 years old with this LG Turbo wash Washer and I couldn’t be happier! This LG washes everything so much faster and spins the clothes much drier than my old washer. I hate to say it but I am happy my old washer broke!

Washer works great and is easy to use. The washer cleans well.

This is tough to review. It probably has too many bells and whistles. On startup, the machine goes into a sensing mode for few minutes just making noises but not actually starting the load. I think this determines how long to wash and spin based on weight? Either way, it increases the wash time. On the first test wash, we were horrified to see a small puddle under the machine. Called BB who said a technician will show up in 24 hours to fix the problem. No one has contacted us and its been 2 weeks but the leak seems to have subsided but we're not reassured that it won't come back. I don't want to give a poor review based on BB or the fact that I think it has too much tech in it. Make sure you want all the features such as WiFi and auto sensing to justify the price increase. These are the highest scoring units in consumer reports which is why I chose this machine.

LG - 4.5 Cu.Ft. high efficiency stackable smart front load washer - My second one of these in 11 years. According to the washer repair people, washers these days only last about 10 years. I got 11 out of my 1st LG front loader, and always loved it so much that I got another one when the old one was unrepairable. I highly recommend this LG for its efficiency, options, and how gentle it is on my expensive clothes.

User friendly functions, quiet washer, and cleans cloths

Purchased the LG Washer that was the backup to the LG dryer I bought at the same time. So far, I am enjoying my clothes smelling and looking cleaner than they have in quite awhile. In 2022 I had purchased a different washer (different brand) but was very unhappy with it's performance. My original dryer was still working, barely, so when it drew it's last breath I just bought the pair. With one issue I finally figured out (so many options, so little time) I'm very pleased. The immense laundry I have from predominantly my three Dachshunds, my two sons, towels, cleaning rags and more cleanings rags I'm pleased with how they go in the wash ghastly but come out smelling fresh with stains I thought would never come out! Way to go LG...
