The washer is quiet and very efficient. It's the perfect size for household and does a great job of cleaning all our clothes. I highly recomment this washer to everyone currently looking for a washer.

Quiet operation, good capacity, settings to customize your wash this machine is a good buy. Will put to test the remote (wifi) operation feature shortly, originally discarded the idea but has advantages when time is limited and you need to start washing before arriving from somewhere else. this insure the cycle is complete and I have enough time to dry the clothes before leaving the house again.

Very quiet and large capacity. The number of settings is more than adequate.

I've had the washer for about a month and have tried "Normal", "Heavy Load", "Bedding", and "Towels" settings. So far everything has worked very well. The wash gets spun very dry when it is done and everything is nice and clean. I read reviews about keeping the door open when not in use and I have avoided some of the bad odor problems I read about that other users experienced.

This is simply a great washing machine, all features included make for easy and effective washes. Quick wash and normal are mostly used for our family, but even the normal mode detects how much it’s washing and applies settings/time. Always does a great job.

I originally order washer dryer…it was delivered on time however dryer was the wrong item (my mistake). The best buy team from my orders, reorder, installations, delivery and rescheduling made it so easy. This was a replacement LG washer. First, Stephanie, the sales manager, contacted the GEEK squad and LG to check to see if it was cost efficient to repair our first washer which I had had for over 8 years. When it was decided it was better to replace, she helped find one that was very similar in features and arranged delivery within 2 days. This washer is quick and efficient. It cleans well.

I purchased an LG Washing Machine Model# WM4000HWA on 11/29/24. On 1/7/25, the inner glass door on the unit spontaneously and completely shattered. The unit was not in use at the time when I heard a loud crashing sound and went to the unit and found broken glass on the floor and inside the machine. I immediately contacted LG Customer Service, and they refused to cover the damage under the manufacturer’s warranty and claimed it was our fault. LG claimed the damage was caused by how we used the machine, but for the 41 days we had the machine, it was probably used a dozen times with very typical clothing loads.

I recently bought a set of LG washer & dryer and so far happy with both! I have used them about 4 times by now and happy with the result. Hint: always leave the door of the washer open for air to flow in and that’s one thing to always remember.

We like this washer. Replaced an electrolux we had for 12 years. Large capacity.

Our new Front Load LG replaces 18 year old Kenmore Elite. It is very easy (intuitive) to use, Cleans Clothes very well, and is relatively Quiet in all modes. We like the new Cleaning Cycle. Excellent Idea. And most of All, we really liked the nice man at the Best Buy Store who helped us AFTER we decided to purchase to get even more discounts on price. Hats off to LG and Best Buy!

Great washer/dryer set. Does it's job well. Reasonably quiet, and has a convenient built-in soap loading measurement so no more dripping measuring cups! YAY

Excellent machine. Replaced like machine that was about 10 years old and still functioning perfectly. Purchased due to water leakage suspected in older washer that turned out to be incorrect and the washer still operated perfectly. Leak was a stopped up drain line in the wall. These are excellent products delivering custom operating selections.

Love the size and the large variety of settings. Not sure remote start is beneficial because you still have to do all the steps prior to setting remote start. If you’re buying, I definitely recommend getting the pedestals! Delivery and setup experience was great!

Had this for close to a year now and so far it's turned out pretty good. Turbowash is really awesome as it cuts down wash times heavily for normal loads, usually around 30-40 mins. Though the jets pumping water during those cycles is some what loud, the rest of time it's pretty quiet. So far so good.

This washing machine is very quiet. Easy to connect to wi-fi and you can know when the washing cycle has finished. The apt gives all necessary notifications.
