We were reluctant to buy a front-loader because of hearing mixed reviews from people but we love the look of one. This one had good reviews so we bought it and have loved it so far! It uses a lot less water than our old machine but still does a good job getting the clothes clean.

This laundry set works very well and not as loud as my last set. I'm completely satisfied with it so far and to top it off, it's qualified for my city's rebates which saves me another $70!!! The modes and interface is very self-explanatory make it extremely to use.

Quite happy so far. I'm sure it does a hundred things I don't know about yet. Just sticking to the basics on the dial. Hopefully will never have to exercise the extended warranty

Crate washer and dryer. I love it. It works really well. I am so happy with this purchase and I would recommend anyone to buy an LG washer and dryer.

It was easy to use from the start. The variety of cycles is very helpful. Clothes come out without being strangled and wrinkled by the spin cycle but not heavy with water. I'm enjoying my new LG qmart, front-load wasing machine!

Terrific washer which is easy to use and highly efficient. While the local sales team at Best Buy is absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations, the delivery team failed miserably and made us question making future purchase from Best Buy.

Great product looks nice and washes good. The only down side I have noticed is the fabric softener doesn’t fully get rinsed out when washing I have had to clean it out myself other then that good.

Wonderful. Works like a charm. Quiet. No vibration problems. Normal cold cycle is quick, at 30 min. I changed from similar Samsung model that was $100 cheaper to this one. I should have gone with LG from get-go. I use the washer and don’t have to worry about reliability.

We chose LG because of the excellent quality of our previous washer/dryer set. This model has a great set of features at a great price point. Steam mode is a plus. Mobile connectivity with downloadable custom cycles is a meaningful plus! Delivery from Best Buy to a second floor location went smoothly.

Purchased this unit as a companion to the dryer and I couldn’t be more pleased. The cycle times are much faster than I had led to be believed for a front load washer. Again both reviews as well as the fact that two close friends also have this model sealed the deal. Quite a change from my forty year old sears washer/ dryer.

I have only have had this washer for a couple of weeks, but so far it is working very well and it's cleaning our clothes better than our previous washer.

Performs well, quietly and holds large loads while still getting the clothes clean. Multiple cycles to select from but Sanitizing option takes way too long

Quiet and efficient. This washer is not only decent looking and modern but cleans our cloths in short time period.

Amazing capacity and clean clean clean with very little laundry soap (less than a tablespoon) . Living on a farm- we get dirty and the clothes have never washed better. Very happy with this washer and the speed cycle is great. All features are really nice and efficient.

The machine a 5, the customer service prior to deliver a big time 0. I’d be giving a 0 rating if it were based on customer service but since this is about the machine, the machine is great. Quick, durable, and quiet. Recommend, but maybe not from Best Buy.
