The LG 4.5 Cu.Ft washer has been a good washer so far.

I am very satisfied. It’s a great product easy installation finished the best washing machine ever I am on.

Crate washer and dryer. I love it. It works really well. I am so happy with this purchase and I would recommend anyone to buy an LG washer and dryer.

no problems. does a good job. uses very little water. many options in wash cycles. drain hose was not long enough to go to my wash tub on the right side of the washer. had to add an extension hose.

One of the best efficient best for the money washer out in the market in my opinion. Extremely efficient with AI option added. Has a bit of a learning curve, but just your normal setting alone will get most of the job done. The option to control and see progress on your phone is an added bonus. Overall, very satisfied with this washing machine.

Had it for a month now, and it works well. Gets the whites whiter than our last washer. Cycles are quick, too

Quite happy so far. I'm sure it does a hundred things I don't know about yet. Just sticking to the basics on the dial. Hopefully will never have to exercise the extended warranty

Cleanest wash. Love it. Cycle time is shorten than previous washer which was not LG. Very good. But it is not perfect washer.

Washer seems to be a good washer, it’s quiet and washes clothes well. But DO NOT have Best Buy install appliances, the guys that came to install the washer literally threw it in the spot and connected it and left. They didn’t level the washer and made a mess with the water connecting it. When I turned on the washer it was jumping around because it was not level. I contacted Best Buy and tried to have them come back to install it correctly but customer support said they couldn’t have anyone out till 3 weeks. So I paid another company to come out the next day and install it correctly.

Love being able to clean queen-size blankets and comforters in this LG washer. Still investigating all the settings; the complete owner’s manual is unfortunately only available on line. Clothes are cleaner with less water and detergent than our old front-load washer. Was told it won’t last 20 years, though :-(

I have only have had this washer for a couple of weeks, but so far it is working very well and it's cleaning our clothes better than our previous washer.

Performs well, quietly and holds large loads while still getting the clothes clean. Multiple cycles to select from but Sanitizing option takes way too long

I love how easily it works, how it senses the size of the load and adjusts the timing accordingly, and operates very quietly.

We were reluctant to buy a front-loader because of hearing mixed reviews from people but we love the look of one. This one had good reviews so we bought it and have loved it so far! It uses a lot less water than our old machine but still does a good job getting the clothes clean.

I love doing laundry now!! It is easy to use and the AI technology is cool. Very impressed.

This laundry set works very well and not as loud as my last set. I'm completely satisfied with it so far and to top it off, it's qualified for my city's rebates which saves me another $70!!! The modes and interface is very self-explanatory make it extremely to use.

It was easy to use from the start. The variety of cycles is very helpful. Clothes come out without being strangled and wrinkled by the spin cycle but not heavy with water. I'm enjoying my new LG qmart, front-load wasing machine!

I did some research and chose this model - which has turned out very well indeed. The price was good and the return options also very good (tho' I did not need to use them) Very satisfied.

Nice machine. Quiet. A wash cycle takes much less time than my previous (10 year old) LG washer. It has cycles that I am not familiar with, so I tried looking at the paper manual but its not really a manual. It tells you to download the app to get directions. So I did. But it also doesn’t doesnt explain everything. That’s annoying. Like what is TurboWash? Etc. I have also noticed that the spin cycle even on regular is too much - everything comes out twisted. But I am working with manually adjusting it. I’d give it a 3 1/2 stars.
