What a quiet running machine. Operates easily and uses less water and electricity which is a major plus. Haul away of old washer was free since being a Best Buy Member.

Loving the new washer. No issues after 6 week or so. Quieter than our GE front loader and more advanced. I enjoy the app integration but it shouldn't be a must-have for anyone.

No I have had this washer almost a month. It does take some getting use to because I was replacing a 15 year old set. Love the variety of settings. It also has a setting for small loads. Loving it so far. No issues.

Quite disappointed, giving it 3 stars because it washes well. Trusted Consumer reports and bought the LG washer. Cons are it takes too much time. If I add a slightly larger load, it adds considerably extra time. Also theres a lot of drying that needs to be done after each wash because the rubber can get moldy. I know thats the case with all HE washers in general but my previous one wasnt that hard to wipe down. Had it only for about a month and yesterday after a load was done, soapy water was pooled in the machine. Don't know what happened whether it got canceled in the middle of the wash or not. Restarted the load and it was fine, but quite disappointed to see this in a brand new washer with supposed high rating. Now have to keep an eye on this problem else have to return the machine (which I don't look forward to at all because of the inconvenience). Registering the product online was a pain. After submitting the information I didn't get the confirmation and had to wait chatting with an agent to sort out before I could register the dryer. Not very happy with this purchase especially because we had to wait for it and the older one was going out.

Great and efficient washer - use it for business at a dry cleaners

This is a great washing machine. It’s energy efficient and very easy to use. It weighs your load to determine how much water it needs. It has an option for towels, bedding and sanitizing

The washer is excellent, washes the Clothes very good.

My wife loves this washer and all the different cycles! The best part is the speed cycle which washes in 15 minutes. I also like the simplicity of the Electro Mechanical knobs.

Great machine with lots of options. Well built with solid feel to controls. Cleans clothes well and Irelly like the remote control/notification feature. Large capacity.

I purchased the washer / dryer set with pedestals in November 2021. I never experienced any issues, and it is working well. I appreciate the savings on the dry cleaners' cost! I follow the maintenance recommendation, and wipe the excess water the drum after use

The washer works well on heavily soiled clothing. We like the turbo wash feature for lightly soiled clothing loads. We like the extra hot option when doing towels. The washer does not walk regardless of load size. We enjoy the LGThinq App you can keep track of what washer is doing while outside you can see what cycle the washer is on and how much time is left before washer is finished.

Excellent - does the job well, efficient with lots of settings

The washer I bought from Best Buy is a very good unit. Best Buy made it much better by their sale price and by using my points. It is always nice to get a good product at a good price. Thanks Best Buy
