Love my new Washer! Faster, Holds more clothes, bedding and towels and is quieter!

I have a few other LG products, but this has to be my favorite. Compared to my old Samsung front load washer this one is lightyears ahead. The spin cycle got a large load dry enough that my duer cycle only took 30 minutes compared to 60+ minutes.

Very happy with this washer, it’s fast and efficient and my clothes come out very clean without getting twisted and never soaking wet like my old washer after the rinse/spin cycle. If you’re getting this for the steam function: I didn’t realize that the steam hose had to be ordered separately so when the install guys came, they suggested ordering one and it would be an easy hookup.

The install of the dryer went well. Both men were wearing masks. The gas hook up went well. The store manager stopping at my home to give me the install kit which was on the purchase

Beautiful design and great upgrades from my last LG which lasted almost 20 years. The app and WiFi capabilities are a great enhancement.

Quick and easy install. Washer looks great and I hope it will last me longer then the Samsung of 4 years I had to replace it with.

Have always had great luck with LG on appliances and this is no different. Simple and easy with a ton of extra features to clean whatever I throw in the laundry.

We bought the LG because our last washer was a LG and it lasted 12 yrs washing everything we threw at it. We like the front load feature leaving space for detergent and softener. The new steam feature is a blast (pun intended). It was also reduced in price at the Best Buy outlet store.

Love the look and how well it cleans. Look great in the room and the install was seemless.

The washer is very quiet, fast and clothes come out clean. There are a lot of bells & whistles we have not used yet.

This washing machine replaced my 12-year-old LG washing machine and works just as simple but the technology obviously is better 12 years later. It’s quiet it’s efficient. My wife loves me for buying it so I love LG.

New to front load washers anf I dont think I’m going back. I see a big difference in the cleanliness of my clothes, bedding, etc. And I love, love, love the fact that I get notifications on my phone or TV when my wash cycle or drying is complete. Great job LG, you guys thought of everything!

We love the LG washing machine. Our last one lasted 20 years. We loved it so much that we didn’t even consider getting anything else. Best Buy had the best price around. Purchasing it during a great sale was a wonderful perk. We bought the riser for it also, which is really nice. The sales rep was very helpful. Delivery and hookup was a breeze. Thank you, Best Buy.
