    Works great! Please read instructions and remove bolts from the back of the washer. I didn't and was close in returning it because it was shaking like crazy. Good thing I youtube and found the reason

    Honestly, it was much, much, much louder than I expected. I had to replace a Samsung w/d, and this is crazy loud!!! The wifi feature is actually nice, though, because I can close the door and forget about it and be alerted on my phone when it is done. I wish it alerted more than once, though. I am still getting used to all the different options, if and when I need a second rinse, and how much detergent to use with each loud. (HE and water softener). Plus, it was actually available at the time I needed it.

    It is really good and large enough for washing a lot of clothes or washable rugs. Its sound is not loud and when it finishes washing its alarm starts and let you know. Its functions working properly. Thanks!

    The LG washer is doing a great job. My wife loves the controls and settings that she is able to make. We plan to have them for a long time and hope no issues occur. If they do occur, we will contact the Geek Squad for whatever is needed to keep them running and keeping our clothes clean.

    This washer was recommended by a well respected consumer magazine. So far I have to agree with their review. The only problem is the touchpad on the front of the machine. It is very sensitive and I keep bumping it while folding laundry. I have to lock the touchpad to avoid changing settings while the machine is running. The large flat deck top of the machine is great for folding laundry.
