So far I’ve had no issues. Very happy with purchase. Delivery and install was good too.

This is my second LG washer. The first one lasted 15 years and never had any problems. The new washer has the same features as my old one and the loads wash faster. We've only had it for a month. I hope it will last another 15 years!

Needed a washer & dryer. I gave the sales associate the specs. He showed me the matching models that fitted my criteria. We rang it up & they were delivered within 3 days. The delivery staff got the old out & installed the new set & I was washing clothes within the hour. 2 thumbs up from beginning to end!

Washing machine is very good. Wish they had a light inside the tub, but this shouldn't be a show stopper.

I've had this washer for about a month now and I'm really enjoying it. My only criticism is if you have a specific way you like to run your cycles, you have to set specific parameters each time, but when I've used the preset settings the clothes have always come out smelling really fresh and not over- or under-washed.

I looked at so many washers and this one just blew me away. It is stunning to look at the LG is a champ in the appliance department. In our previous house, our washer and dryer were both LG.

Great dryer. Very efficient. Works well with all types of clothes.

Washer seems fine so far. I am missing the handwash cycle for washing delicates that I had on a past washer. But it seems to work well and sings a little tune when it's done. :) Ordered delivery from Best Buy. Nacho and his team delivered my items and did a great job!

Has to be the best addition to my hard working appliances. As with all of our cleaning devices there is a bit more load put on them than a usual situation, five German Shepherds. So with a much larger volume of dirt and hair there's a larger need for quality workmanship and durability. This does keep up without any issues. Out doing the previous Kenmore by many standards...

Sturdy & durable. I purchased an open box washer last month and it’s been operational with no issues. The smart connectivity with the LG thinQ app interface is user friendly and convenient.

Bought as a set with companion dryer. Seems well made, and I like the connectivity options.

Excellent, we haven't used all the features yet, but it is quiet and working well so far.

Still evaluating what the core programs will be for normal use .... but there are a lot of options (some I'm sure we'll be unlikely to use, but they are there to be explored). Appears to have solid mechanicals. Operation is quiet and effective. Like the ThinQ enunciation of cycle completion. In general we have been fans of LG appliances (compared to other manufacturers) ... expect that to continue here.

I really like this washing machine. It does not need a pedestal, so that is very nice. It has many setting and so far we are pleased with the way it performs.
