    Great replacement from our old Samsung washer dryer combo, but lets be honest, these machines have waaaay toooo much technology than we can possibly use. I am buying the washer and dryer for how it looks more than how many features it has. Essentially you turn it on and it washes your clothes. Everything else is just noise. I will say that this combo is more quiet than our previous Samsung front loading combo.

    This washer is great! It has a large capacity and the clothes come out very clean. There are many settings to choose from and it is very easy to operate. I love that the app lets you know when the cycle is finished; our washer and dryer are on the third floor, so we don't always here the end of cycle melody (which is quite pleasant!). I was a little skeptical of getting a front loading washer, but so far I love it!

    The very first load we ran resulted in loud banging noises. I didn’t trouble shooting and it seems to be inside the washer. My wife and I are waiting to see if this washer gets replaced or if they will follow thru with saying they will try and fix it. I feel it should be replaced since a part is bad before we ever had a chance to use it.

      Loud banging noises during the first load may indicate that the shipping bolts were not removed during installation. These bolts secure the drum during transport and must be taken out before use — otherwise, the drum can't move freely and may cause internal damage. You can check the back of the washer for any remaining bolts and refer to the installation guide for removal steps.     Love this washing machine. The ThinQ is much more beneficial than I thought it’d be. The ability to load the washer and start when I want it to is super helpful. The delay start is ok but the ThinQ takes that up a notch. Only thing I wish is that the door opened the other way. We had to switch are washer and dryer. Not a huge issue though so still 5 stars.

    We did a lot of research before selecting this model. Works as advertised. We downloaded the app to program a drain+spin setting that we use. A tad louder than expected but not a problem if we close the utility room door. Turbo mode works great. The delivery team was professional and friendly.
