    Wouldn’t deliver the first time. Second time deliver and the door of the washer was broken. Had to schedule maintenance

    Nice washer. Performs really well. The only problem I have noticed is that the tide pods do not dissolve completely in the dispenser tray. Should work perfectly with either liquid or dry detergents.

    The installers came two weeks after purchase, which was quite acceptable, considering I waited for 6 months for Home Depot and they never came through. Installer was friendly and professional

    We had an old LG washer that lasted over ten years. It had started making a lot on noise during the spin cycle (bearing?) so we decided to get a new one (WM4000HWA). Good communication before and during removal of old washer and installation of new one. It has a few more bells and whistles than our old one and works well so far. If it lasts as long as the old one, we will be happy campers.

    So far so good. It uses much less power and water than my previous washer. It appears to clean the clothes better too. No major issues but given that it is more complicated than my old mid 90's washer I am waiting to see how many years before something breaks on it. Also it is a energy star most efficient for 2022 which is nice.

    Your salesperson at oak park was really knowledgeable, so i ordered this washer and dryer set. it didnt include the stackable piece because it was on back order, but now we are happy without the stacking anyway.
