    Purchased a new LG HE washer and dryer set. The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

    Amazing product. Both the washer and dryer are extremely quiet, wash and dry amazingly well. Clothes come out feeling obviously soft and clean. The two together talk, meaning the washer will adjust to the load so no wasted water, and then the dryer adjusts to that same load so not to over dry clothes longer than needed. All in all, great pair.

    This is our second set of LG washer and dryer, we enjoyed a long lasting quality with our first set. LG appliances are RELIABLE and cost effective. Yeah Best Buy customer service was fantastic, the representative did everything possible to het the units delivered on the short time we had.

    Hands down the best washer we have owned. I thought my clothing and linens were being cleaned before. Boy was I wrong! If you want your blankets, towels, and clothes to feel like you just bought them this is the machine for you. Its so quiet it doesn't wake the baby even on spin cycle. LG you guys rock!

    Rather impressed with this washer. Although I wish it was a little quicker in certain modes (my top-loading one was much faster). I really am in love with the delay wash feature. It allows me to time out my wash cycles to when I get home in the evening.
