Mostly about BB delivery and pickup services (which just ghosted us after waiting a week), but the washing machine itself doesn't operate as one would expect after spending nearly a thousand dollars on a clothes-washing-machine. PASS! It smells like burned rubber every time it's opened. It leaks from the front while it's running. I've been a BB customer for over 15 years. I've paid for their extra coverage every single year. The support I've gotten for this device just shows me how important it is to avoid giving money to these corporate giants. They don't give a crap about your experience, money spent, etc., as long as the check clears. Spend an extra $100 and buy from a local store!

We like the front load feature leaving space for detergent and softener. The new steam feature is a blast (pun intended). It was also reduced in price at the Best Buy outlet store.

I see a big difference in the cleanliness of my clothes, bedding, etc. And I love, love, love the fact that I get notifications on my phone or TV when my wash cycle or drying is complete. Great job LG, you guys thought of everything!
