It's a average washer. I only use the normal mode so far. I like how the way it adjust the time based on how many clothes you put into the washer. It's pretty quiet. The cons are it wouldn't recognize the washer in the LG app and it vibrates too much during the wash especially the drying cycle.

I love my new LG Washing Machine, my clothes are coming out clean and the unit is so fast and quiet. I make sure I leave the door open between washes as I've heard that its better for the machine to air out between washes. There are so many different ways to wash your clothes that you can customize each wash.

My clothes have not been this clean in a while. The old washer was not cleaning very well. Now I love how clean and fast my clothes are washed with this washer.

This washer is everything! I love the look, the settings, and the remote capabilities. My clothes are so clean and fresh! You won’t regret having this set!

LG makes quality products and it shows in this unit. Consumer Reports also recommends this front loading washer. It works well, is quiet and I expect many years of service from the washer.

Clothes are brighter and cleaner. The detergent cup is very handy and makes pouring liquid detergent very simple while keeping the floor and machine clean. The machine is pretty quiet, however, you definitely hear the turbo mode. The towel and bedding modes work beautifully.

I purchased an Lg washer/dryer 17 years ago and they both were still going. I moved and chose not to bring them along. I definitely was purchasing Lg again because I was extremely satisfied with my prior purchase.

I like the new features on this washer compared to my old LG washer. WiFi and turbo wash are great. Washes clothes in less time. App lets you know when washer is done.

I purchased both the washer and matching dryer. The dryer works great (no complaints there). Unfortunately, the washer has been a nightmare since day one. It leaks from the detergent drawer and floods the floor with water. I reached out to Best Buy within days of purchase, but they offered no support besides telling me to contact LG. LG sent a replacement detergent drawer, but the problem continued. When I contacted them again, I was sent YouTube videos on how to clean the door and seal which has nothing to do with the actual issue. After repeated calls and no real solutions, we’re left stuck with a faulty washer. At this point, I just want to return it and buy another brand. This will likely be my last LG purchase and my last appliance purchase from Best Buy.

Other than sitting pretty… it washes great.. nice and quiet and leaves my clothes almost dry.. and being that I hang dry that’s definitely a plus…

Fantastic washer Looks great, works great, zero complaints! The cloud integration is pretty slick as well. Nice getting push notifications when the cycle is complete

This washer works great. I have never seen a spin cycle that fast before. I have to do a better job of leveling the feet because it likes to walk during the spin cycle.
