    I originally made the purchse for this washer from the Hawthorne Bestbuy location,months before this said purches. I arrived at Hawthorne CA branch to pickup my new washer only to find out it had been sold. I then asked the sales perspn if I could speek to a maneger about this sittuation. After about 10 minutes later managment arrived to tell me, I was emailed about the washer showing up and ready for pickup. No such email made my in box. I was there for pickup a day after the 5 day hold policy,and to repeat the washer was sold to another party. At this time,he apologized,Then asked if I wanted to order another washer,no other suggestions were made. I waited about eight weeks and and a couple of payments for that. I then asked to close my Best buy account,he then said he could not help with that and would have to call a Texas branch before 4pm central time. I did so,and am still recieving account sales emails. Please close my account as I did by phone. The latest group of sales people @ the Torrance CA Best buy branch are very helpful, thanks to them. Regards Tib Jimenez

    This washer is so much better than our last. Hooked it up to our WiFi and added the LG app, so now we know when the cycle is complete and it also tells you when to clean it! The sensor in this one is awesome and has cut down on the cycle run times. Highly recommended.

    This machine works great and is extremely quiet even when it's on the high speed spin. I've had other front loaders that were super noisy. Love this one.

    What we bought our LG 10 years ago and just git this as a replacement after it broke down The installation service by Best Buy was awesome And so far this unit is performing as expected and nothing to complain about

    after 15 years with no issues with my Samsung set, I decided it is time to refresh my laundry appliances and selected this LG set based on the 4.5 reviews at the time. Don't be foolled by the reviews, it was a mistake getting this LG set. The system is less than 4 months old and I am already having issues with both the washer and the dryer. The washer offers quite a few cycles but we mostly use the normal cycle for regular and the white cycle for the cotton products and towel.     Our second attempt to purchase this outstanding product. The one delivered a month ago was dented, so we refused delivery. Got the replacement today and by golly it was dented too, same side and same panel. Apparently Best Buy only deliver them this way.

    I was undecided between this brand and another of the same prestige and I think I did make a good selection. My wife is very happy with this washer for its efficiency. I saw some negative comments regarding the water leaking however until now we haven't had this problem.

    It's the best washer I ever own! The 4.5 Cu Ft. is best fit for my family of 4. Also, the overall dimension was very efficient design for our space. LG engineers did a great job on this.
