Washer works great. My wife had an LG set before and loved them, but when we moved left them. She was hoping the new set would perform as well. Meets all her expectations after 2 months.

Quiet. Cleans well and quietly. Dries well and quietly.

We have used it five times and it cleans very well. It is easy to use and the myriad of settings meet all our needs.

Very happy with this purchase. Haven’t been able to try all the bells and whistles this comes with as far as washing features, but overall very satisfied with purchase and cleaning features. Love the steam cycle option as well. Also, saves on electricity.

Upgraded from a 10-year-old LG washer, very pleased with the additional sanitation settings and quality of wash. It is a worthy upgrade.

We previously bought a samsung but the delivery from samsung was horrible. Switched to LG from best buy and it was amazing delivery and hook up.

I really like the steam cycles. The cycles are shorter, but the clothes actually seem cleaner and less wrinkled.

Worth the price now , At the time could have got something better for the price i paid.

Thus machine does its job efficiently and quietly. The phone notifications are a major plus.

It's the best washer I ever own! The 4.5 Cu Ft. is best fit for my family of 4. Also, the overall dimension was very efficient design for our space. LG engineers did a great job on this.

Purchased a new LG HE washer and dryer set. The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

Gives a great wash and can hold and clean twice the amount of my old washer. It's fast,efficient and oh so quiet. There is a setting for all your washables and it will handle them. Very pleased with the purchase and the service to install and cart away.

This machine works great and is extremely quiet even when it's on the high speed spin. I've had other front loaders that were super noisy. Love this one.

So far this machine has been excellent. The app works super well also. I will say that it's a little sensitive with light loads at becoming unbalanced. Other than that, it's great.

Great washer I am able to wash loads faster and the spin cycle is amazingly quiet. The loudest I have heard the washer be is the water being sprayed during the Turbo Wash. LG's app that allows you to download cycles like gym clothes and denim is a great added feature.

Replacing a 15 year old LG trim with an upgrade with a 5cuft drum.

The door does not close very smoothly, I'm nervous it could break. Otherwise functions very well.

It's still only a few loads in, but so far, so good--it's a significant advance in washer technology from its predecessor, but with the assistance of the well-written owner's manual, it's doing all the things correctly and efficiently.

Works as advertised. I've only had the machine for a month by Best Buy has been hounding me to review it. I cannot give an honest opinion as it has been a short duration of use but so far I am satisfied. Best Buy, knock off the relentless emails demanding reviews of the products. I may buy more products if you would relax these nonsense business practices.
