    Great washer - so much so we're looking at a matching dryer. The remote alert feature is great. Our laundry is not on the main floor and it's so much more convenient to just be and to see the status of the wash. Best buy delivery and setup was flawless. In and out without mess or fuss. They didn't even wake the sleeping baby.

    After a lot of research, we selected the LG Washer, Dryer, SideKick Washer and pedestal based on discussions with LG Tech Support and the Sales Associate at Best Buy. We also had the items delivered and installed through Best Buy and the installers were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with our purchase.

    Works great nice clean clothes. Plenty ot cycles to choose from without having a stupid crazy amount. I just waited for it to go on sale to get the value. Ask.me about value 5 years from now.

    I really like this. I purchased the set. I was initially not sure how the sounds should be when running, but the technician came out and reassured me that it was fine. Seems like the front door is a little loose closing. I will make a trip to Best Buy to make sure it is supposed to close that way. Really like it!!

    Fabulous product, it washes and cleans like no other I've owned. I don't have a smell and I try it after each use and leave the door open for about 30 mins or so. I would highly recommend this product. Also, the set looks menancing with the tinted doors. Awesome

    15 yr old Samsung blew a drum shock which tore up the front door gasket. The cost of parts was more than half the cost of a new washer. Resaerched that this LG was highly rated and on sale so we purchased it. No problems so far except the door doesn't close as smoothly as the Samsung.
