Good washing machine and installation. Workers were knowledgeable and courteous.

Seems to operate well in default mode, Overdone technology and needs to be offered with a simple interface for ease of operation. I doubt we will ever use 90 % of the very complicated choices. My iPhone does not need to operate my Washer or Dryer or even know what it is doing. Was purchased as a Washer/Dryer pair and have had the unit for about a month now and so for has been satisfactory otherwise.

We love it, fresh and clean clothes every time. Washing white horse leg wraps, very dirty, comes back white without bleach! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful washing machine. I like all of the cleaning options available. The front clean out access is a nice feature.

So far after 2 months it is a great deal and a great washer. A slight problem was with the delivery the Geek squad lead was in too much of a rush and did not leave the bolt assemblies and damaged the inlet valves attaching the inlet water hoses. The response was good when I called in to get replacement parts.

Original install of the washing machine had some issues, but the washing machine is great. We got almost 18 years of service from our last set of LG washer & dryer (also from Best Buy) & hope we get the same out of these. Definitely get pedestals- much easier to transfer laundry.

I like the new features on this washer compared to my old LG washer. WiFi and turbo wash are great. Washes clothes in less time. App lets you know when washer is done.

Great capacity, note sure the WiFi connectivity is that useful but it’s a great washer

A little louder than we're used to from previous unit but not intrusive. Turbo Wash option shortens run time but still provides excellent cleaning.

Washes well and quickly, but is EXTREMELY LOUD. Every phase of the wash cycle is very loud. Reviews said that this was a quiet machine! You know when the washer is running from every spot in the house, this has never been the case with any of my other washers. Immediately had BEST BUY come out to check on the washer and was told by repairman that this was normal volume from this machine from his experience. Maybe I had a lazy repairman? Would love to hear from owners who have this machine and don’t think it sounds like a small plane has supplanted their laundry room.

Great washer, i like the detergent tray. I wish it had a inner light but overall it's great and I could see this thing lasting at least a decade!

So far, so good. Love the smart features, stainless black steel look, and quick washing time.

Other than sitting pretty… it washes great.. nice and quiet and leaves my clothes almost dry.. and being that I hang dry that’s definitely a plus…

10/10 great product one of the best dryers out if you want something quick and fast get this product it is best for you excellent product

Had these for about a year now. Love using the app to know when wash is finished or if there's a problem. (Kids don't always shut the door properly) Still going strong.

I LOVE this dyer. I love the pink know vs. the standard stainless steel look. It has so many useful features and can clean our clothes in 20 mintures for a small light load, Enjoy the flexibility of all the features.
