We have been using this LG washer for only 3 weeks but would highly recommend it. Whites seem to be whiter!

It took me a while to figure out all the cycles and how they handle different items, but now I'm very pleased with how my wash is handled and cleaned.

Love all of the washing feature choices, especially the sanitizing feature. I do not like the bending . I would recomend this item for the younger generation.

cute runs really nice. app is a little confusing. MAKE SURE TO WIPE DOWN INSIDE AFTER EVERY LOAD, just from experience from other front load washers if you arent doing this your washer isnt going to lost long

Love LG products. This washer has been no different. Lots of wash options, including steam & turbo wash. Turbo wash is great. Cuts was cycle in half. My wife does wish the glass on the door was clear. She likes to see the washer working.

Very happy with our LG machine. Highly recoment getting the pair. We use th ThinQ app for all of our LG products and works geat. Also can be added to Alexa! Only downside, this bad boy is extremely heavy. Recomend the free installation.

This machine provides so many options and that actually saves me time in my busy day. It is quieter than I expected and it does a great job on any load size or type of load.

This is a great washer because it doesn't twist the clothes up like top loaders without an agitator.

Works great and does a good job with cleaning. I like the 15 minute quick wash feature which allows for items that aren't very dirty. The machine does an excellent job of getting a lot of moisture out and has multiple spin settings.

I originally made the purchse for this washer from the Hawthorne Bestbuy location,months before this said purches. I arrived at Hawthorne CA branch to pickup my new washer only to find out it had been sold. I then asked the sales perspn if I could speek to a maneger about this sittuation. After about 10 minutes later managment arrived to tell me, I was emailed about the washer showing up and ready for pickup. No such email made my in box. I was there for pickup a day after the 5 day hold policy,and to repeat the washer was sold to another party. At this time,he apologized,Then asked if I wanted to order another washer,no other suggestions were made. I waited about eight weeks and and a couple of payments for that. I then asked to close my Best buy account,he then said he could not help with that and would have to call a Texas branch before 4pm central time. I did so,and am still recieving account sales emails. Please close my account as I did by phone. The latest group of sales people @ the Torrance CA Best buy branch are very helpful, thanks to them. Regards Tib Jimenez

So far, so good. Appears to wash nicely and is efficient.

Purchased a new LG HE washer and dryer set. The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

Very pleased with this steam washer! Shortly after getting it, my sister had a cat pee on some of her clothes. Ran it through my washer with the steam cycle and completely odor free!

Love this washer, no upright agitator to rip up the more delicate items, a great spin speed to get the towels and blankets drier, intelligent programming interface, all in all a great purchase.
