    So far so good with this washer (2 months in). It’s a nice machine, has some great features, and does a great job getting the clothes clean. Best Buy did a great job with the sales and shipping experience too.

    The Washer is great, it connects to your phone and can run diagnostics on it from your phone! Tells you when it is complete. Installation was great!

  • Regret This Purchase, No Support for Faulty Washer

    I purchased both the washer and matching dryer. The dryer works great (no complaints there). Unfortunately, the washer has been a nightmare since day one. It leaks from the detergent drawer and floods the floor with water. I reached out to Best Buy within days of purchase, but they offered no support besides telling me to contact LG. LG sent a replacement detergent drawer, but the problem continued. When I contacted them again, I was sent YouTube videos on how to clean the door and seal which has nothing to do with the actual issue. After repeated calls and no real solutions, we’re left stuck with a faulty washer. At this point, I just want to return it and buy another brand. This will likely be my last LG purchase and my last appliance purchase from Best Buy.

    A lot of different settings to customize your washing to the specific type of clothing. The wifi connected app is a nice addition for knowing when a wash cycle has completed.

    The washer itself is wonderful. Uses very little water. Much less than my 13yr old LG front loader. The cycle times are less due to the updated design technology. Also the machine does not do a dance on high spin. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for the installation crew. They didn't fasten the washer to the pedestal properly. Didn't plug the holes after the 4 large bolts that secure tub during shipment were removed with the supplies caps. They did not leave the caps nor the leveling wrench and other parts of the installation kit .... which is the property of the customer. After many calls they are finally coming back to finish the installation.

    Excellent washer. My wife loves how quick the cycles are. Replaced a 17 year old LG stackable with this. Only issue was how short the drain hose was that came with it.

    We're pretty much in love with this washer! I know its just a washer but it does a great job with stain removal compared to our previous washer. We use the same detergent, so the only thing that changed was the washer!!
