My old machine was over 25 years old, so having this high tech machine will be awesome.

Brought it home hooked it up would not wash clothes straight out of the box all it would do is make a grinding noise so took it back went to the local speed queen dealer and bought a washer. I know that will work for at least the next 10 years. The only good thing I can say is there was no hassle returning it at Best Buy.

I would give the rating based on the marketing of this as black steel color is just a charcoal gray. This is the same color as the other LG but with a black door. So if looking for black pass on this.

When you select an option most of the time you can not make any changes. Ex. If the selection recommends hot water you can not change it. The washer is probably correct.

The connected app is fantastic as well as we can get alerts when to move laundry, or service the machine directly to our phone without listening for the chime from the actual washer.

The Turbo Wash for Whites is great. Getting the matching dryer. Tony the appliance manger at the Pearland store is the best.

When the washer arrived it had no such panel meaning the washer is not protected from mice/rats/vermin that might enter our garage. It's an appalling oversight to show inaccurate pictures of the appliance.
