    Great washer unfortunately it is smarter than I am. When you select an option most of the time you can not make any changes. Ex. If the selection recommends hot water you can not change it. The washer is probably correct.

    Great washer. The connected app is fantastic as well as we can get alerts when to move laundry, or service the machine directly to our phone without listening for the chime from the actual washer.

    Next to non exist user guides delivered with the unit. They have the nerve to say they are doing this for enviornmental reasons. Drain hose is too short. An hour on phone with LG and no one could say if adding an extention would or would not damage the pump. No one could say where to get an extension or how to hook it up.

    Great washer getting clothes clean is so easy with this unit. The Turbo Wash for Whites is great. Getting the matching dryer. Tony the appliance manger at the Pearland store is the best.

    Very nice machine but you really need to have some knowledge of how computers work. Can do without the code letters the machine gives you for various problems. They are in the manual.

    The thing runs great. We used to have a Samsung and seemed to have nothing but problems with it. This LG is quiet and does a great job washing. Everything comes out smelling super clean.
