Love the smart wash

Smart washing has cut down the time and made doing laundry much quicker. Love this machine

Love the phone notifications through ThinQ since the units are on the other side of the house.

I can't quite figure out why it works sometimes, but not others, its annoy. Other than that, its fine. Cleans my clothes.

I didn’t trouble shooting and it seems to be inside the washer. My wife and I are waiting to see if this washer gets replaced or if they will follow thru with saying they will try and fix it. I feel it should be replaced since a part is bad before we ever had a chance to use it.

Loud banging noises during the first load may indicate that the shipping bolts were not removed during installation. These bolts secure the drum during transport and must be taken out before use — otherwise, the drum can't move freely and may cause internal damage. You can check the back of the washer for any remaining bolts and refer to the installation guide for removal steps.
