    I have yet to use this item because BestBuy installed it incorrectly weeks ago and has failed to return, despite many appointments, to fix the installation.

    Great washing machine, love using less detergent, many options for different types of fabrics, towels, bedding, etc. Just wish capacity was a bit larger.

    So far works as expected. Wish it had some shorter quick wash cycles, but the AI works well and does shorten a smaller load wash time to 29 minutes.

    I love this washing machine, the different settings are fantastic, and it can do a normal load in around 30 minutes, which is so much quicker than my previous washer!

    Love the washer. Great settings so I don't have to figure out what to use for sheets and towels. Only downside is no light on the inside. Since the washer is black, it is hard to see those dark socks inside.
