Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy customer service is terrible, delivery canceled by them day of, was promised compensation after delivery, product was delivered dented I accepted 65$ compensation for that wasn’t a big deal . Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service

Poor Best buy service but great product

Very disappointed in Best Buy as we have been customers for quite sometime. But the washer machine is absolutely incredible! We do love the actual product!!
