    I've owned this washer for just over two years and it is already leaking. Best Buy does not have anyone in my area that services LG washing machines. I had to go to LG directly to find someone to service it. LG Customer service is seriously lacking and it took 35 minutes just to find out who could look at the washer. Customer service could not answer any of my questions. They want payment upfront without even making an appointment. I have to wait for someone to contact me for a service appointment. I looked up the company they are using for service and they have a 1-star review. I let LG know I was very concerned with the service provider and they couldn't care less. Oh, and they only warranty a repair for 90 days.
