    THIS MACHINE DID NOT FUNCTION WELL ON THE SPIN CYCLE. THE MACHINE STATRTED NOCKING REALLY BAD EVEN WITH A LIGHT LOAD IN IT.

    This review is about Best Buy and not thw actual product. I ordered an LG washer and dryer and they delivered my dryer on July 7th and never delivered my washer or sent my money back. Ive called them everyday faithfully and they have placed me on long extended holds for periods of over 1 hour. I order these items since July 1st. We are now in September and still nothing. Not even a call from an agent. They are into some fishy stuff. I'm considering taking legal action because this is ridiculous now.

    I really like LG appliances and have owned several but this washer is very loud. The motor sounds like an airplane is in my house. While it washes clothes great and efficiently the sound of this washer compared to other I have owned is why I am giving it 3 stars.
