    If I could give zero that would be too high. The machine is excessively loud. In all cycles I can hear it across the house. Machine is about a month old. Best Buy won’t help bcuz it’s past 15 days. I thought as a member BB policy was 45 days. I called LG gave them all the info - sent videos they requested. It’s been several days have not heard back from them. Worst purchase ever. Disappointed all around !!

    Seems to work well. The app does not do much. Better that the whirlpool sideloader which it replaced.

    This washing machine is effective at cleaning clothes, however I don't think that it will last long. I've had it for about a year, and it's already rusty. It's also super loud.
