This unit is very loud when draining. I've worked with LG and they finally sent a tech (great tech!) who informed me the loud vibrating sound is the propeller to drain the water. The tech also ensure the unit was level. Everything else about the washer is fine, it just irks me during every load when I hear the vibrating sound.
