Leaks within a year.

I ordered an LG washer and dryer and they delivered my dryer on July 7th and never delivered my washer or sent my money back. Ive called them everyday faithfully and they have placed me on long extended holds for periods of over 1 hour. I order these items since July 1st. We are now in September and still nothing. Not even a call from an agent. They are into some fishy stuff. I'm considering taking legal action because this is ridiculous now.

The machine is excessively loud. In all cycles I can hear it across the house. Machine is about a month old. Best Buy won’t help bcuz it’s past 15 days. I thought as a member BB policy was 45 days. I called LG gave them all the info - sent videos they requested. It’s been several days have not heard back from them. Worst purchase ever. Disappointed all around !!
