Poor choice for us. Nice looking, in error.

We receive a daily error 'd80' and which requires a second run for 'Quick Dry' to complete. Scale of 1 - 10, we're about a solid 4. Bizarre for a $1,000 dryer. Oh and the delivery guys deserve high phrase. They were so kind and professional.

Dryer sat in living room for another week. Delivered stacking kit but didn’t install. Would have waited another week for that. Had to install ourselves. now having issue with refrigerator delivery. Don’t buy from Best Lies.

Washer made loud screeching noises during cycle. Called Best Buy and they replaced. Took two trips for our old machines to be picked up. Not a great experience with this purchase.

I do not make ANY purchases without doing my due diligence and this machine is fantastic. Its fast, it's quiet, and my clothes feel so good and so clean. I'm lucky to have excellent water quality where I live so I'm sure that helps, but I don't think I could be any happier with the purchase. Delivery was amazing and the guys that delivered were excellent. I'd already purchased the hoses but as they werent delivered at the time and he expressed concern that I didnt have them which I thought was super kind.

Conversations with Best Buy and LG service provide an unacceptable solution If your drain pipe is located on the right side of the washing machine as you face the machine it is likely that you will encounter the same issue - the drain hose will not reach the drain

My washer has an approximate 4 to 5" vertical crease dent on the front of the washer left side behind door under the detergent dispenser. I paid allot of money plus over 8 hrs of travel time. You would think Best Buy would check things over before hand. Not impressed at all

Leaky valves

The valves that deliver water to the tub, leak. The tub fills then leaks on to the floor. the valves have been replaced then the problem reoccurs. Works good otherwise.

The controls on the unit feel pretty cheap and it’s confusing. It seems to wash cloths pretty good. I guess that’s what it’s supposed to do. LG needs some help with user interface though.

The machine broke after very little use. Dealing with LG became a complete nightmare and continues to be. They did not have the parts in stock because so many of the machines were broken, A complete wire harness burned out causing the Breaker in the house to trip and creating a potentially very dangerous situation. After multiple calls and promises LG still has not taken care of this after about 40 days. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE OR ANYTHING SIMILAR FROM LG. When I asked about the Class Action Lawsuit over this, the person in the Executive Team who refused to let me be connected with her Supervisor, said sorry I can only connect you with the Class Action Team on Refrigerators. Really hard to believe.

Dryer doesn't work, and isn't easy to fix

LG has been out to look at it twice but hasn't been able to fix it. The dryer component is the issue. It can't get the clothes even close to dry.

Best Buy gave me number for LG since its warranties. Between LG and Sears home services I have wasted months of my life and entire days waiting for service people.
