It would be awesome if only it worked

Best Buy gave me number for LG since its warranties. Between LG and Sears home services I have wasted months of my life and entire days waiting for service people. I really just want to return this machine.

Stopped Working After 9 Months

There is no power to the machine. I do not recommend getting this washer. The low quality of manufacturing makes it an unreliable product.

Absolutely disappointing!!! I discovered that the washer is not in proper working condition. It sounds like a broken down airplane. I will be returning both units tomorrow. Now I need to pick out and wait for delivery of 2 new units. TOTAL WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY! Wish I could upload a video. SOUNDS TERRIBLE!!! LG should be ASHAMED!!!

problems for HE machines

I realize this after the machine was installed.

Missed Delivery & Poor Communication

I was the one who had to reach out to reschedule and then I had to go to the end of the delivery line, which was 4 days later and had to take another 1/2 day vacation. Just a terrible experience and I’ll likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

When contacting LG support, they make up all kinds excuse not to send a technician to check and fix the problem, i.e. they need a clear picture from back or shot a video. Avoid this company.

Was great, now leaks from vent.

Recently, it developed the all too common leak from the rear vent. I’ve done all the recommended actions. Tub clean, barely using ANY detergent. Still leaks from the vent. Extremely disappointing. Not even sure where to go from here.

No balance to spin

Ensure that the washer is installed on a level surface. Use a level tool to check, and adjust the leveling legs if necessary.

Them the second time, they switch those but left as water was pouring out the wall. They now need to come a third time. Should have gone to Standard.

Not worth the price

Washer wouldn't handle a load of a pair of jeans, two pairs of sweat pants and three shirts. Spin cycle wouldn't spin. Horrible experience. Maybe the new one will be better.

No Show!

The salesman said they would come in a pickup truck and set a specific window of time when the truck would be available. On the scheduled delivery date, I got a call at the end of the window of time that the driver didn’t bring the proper truck (as scheduled) and so would not deliver. Incompetence. I cancelled the order and going somewhere else.

Worst experience. 2nd time screwed from best buy

The delivery people didn’t set anything up. They just dropped it and left. They didn’t provide the plug for the washer. Had to drive to the store to get one. Hooked it all up myself. When testing the washer it leaked out the bottom and got the floor soaked. To top it off you can’t get me another washer that works for two weeks, now been unable to do wash now for weeks. It can’t get worse. I expect to be compensated for this.
