Horrible will never purchase a LG gas dryer again.

service,best buy ,delivery .....Absolute disaster. Never again. Item is good if it makes to you...

NOT GOOD, COMPLICATED. MAKES CLOTHES SO MUCH WRINKLE

Very good purchase so far, you will need to purchase water lines, it only come with the drain hose. Easy to operate, the wifi option gives an added bonus and takes away the guessing game of when the cycle is finished. Customizable run cycles. Pairs with the stackable dryer which will pre determine the settings for the dryer cycle based on the washers cycle if you enable that feature. Only negative is the cost of the bracket to stack, it's about $50 and for what you receive it should really be around $20 or even included. LG gave a free additional year when I registered for the 1 year warranty so make sure you do that if you purchase!

Still not working correctly and Best Buy have been one twice.

Don’t buy this machine terrible the engine making so much noise and it’s taking too long to wash the clothes

As a family, we collectively overloaded our washer through the years - we had roughly the same washer before but the model from 10 years ago. We landed a rather large blanket and that did it in. The repair person we called said he could fix it, but we could buy a new one for about the same price. We did a lot of looking, and even shopped at the appliance clearance center near us. In the end, this was exactly what we wanted and a competitive price after including, delivery and haul away of the old machine. We love the newer version, it runs smooth and quiet and we are taking advantage of the enhancements. We do a lot of business with Best Buy, and have time and time again been very happy with the Sales/Counseling, purchase, delivery and setup, and returns when needed.

Worst delivery and install experience I’ve ever had.

You never deliver the goods!! And force us to be without appliances for weeks.

The LG front end loading washer does a great job of getting your clothes clean. It's easy enough for an old man to learn how to use. So many options for washing. I love that it tells you how much time it has till completing, You can also use the APP on your cell to control it and tell you when it's done. It uses much less detergent than my previous washer but still gets everything clean as a whistle.

We've had this for a month now and I couldn't be happier. This thing runs so smooth and balanced and quiet. I have to think that as smooth as it runs it should last a long time.

Very happy. Quiet operation, simple controls, and great washing. Even lets me know when cycle is complete.

Purchase stackable washer and dryer. Washer operates great but can not tell about the dryer as it came damaged. BBY took it back. Since there were no more dryers in the warehouse, I had to wait for the whole month. I am still waiting and living without dryer and the bathroom door (where washer/dryer appliances are in a niche), as I had to remove the door and the part of the door frame to take the old unit out and install the new (both the same size and no option to slightly downsize). The installer team were great. Very inconvenient. Just hope there would be no issues with a dryer, when I finally get it in another week.

Been using the simpler tasks until I figure out all the instructions so have not put it thru its paces and have only done about four washes on the settings that were obvious. I have been using the 15 mins for light items. It depends on how dirty the load is, like oil or construction work the more minutes are needed. Have not worked out the steam part yet. Plenty of choices for customizing it how you want it to work, like two rinses. No clothes tangle to unwind like my old top loader. There is a manual to explain how to do all sorts. Solid machine. Cannot see thru door when working hence 4 stars.

Worth the LG purchase, loaded with features other units do not incorporate. Quality construction and super warranty. Controls easy to view and operate. Capacity ample and water saver are essential considerations. Combining with dryer smart move as it saved cost overall.

Easy to use, great selection of settings, quiet, washes well at a variety of water temperatures.

We are very happy with our new LG Front Load washer. It's works quietly and efficiently. Our previous front loader from an LG competitor was loud, you could hear it throughout the house, and every time the water turned of it would "hammer" the pipes. We barely hear the LG, and no hammering of the pipes.

Excellent washer. Efficient and delivers what it claims.
