I love my new washer. It has so many setting options and even allows me to treat my severely allergic child’s clothes. It’s easy to clean and maintain and the cycles are efficient and convenient. I bought it because my washer broke but I love it so much I just ordered the matching dryer. The additional benefit is the 10 year warranty LG offers. This gives me peace of mind with the appliance.

So far so good. Works good. Low noise except during final spin.

It is silent and leaves the clothes so much drier after the spin cycle than my Maytag did! Got this at 54% off because of residue on the front. Such a silly reason but all the better for me!

Only had this machine for 2 weeks and the dryer for one week, because the dryer was on back order. They are working good so far. I don’t think the maid has used all the features yet so I can’t comment on them at this time but it seems to have more than our Samsung units had. The only complaint is that the doors open opposite ways making it difficult when stacking the machines.

Bestbuy provides a great service to install and hallway the old one. This washer is working without issues however we only used it for just other the month.

Quiet and efficient washer with options for specific washing needs. Easier to understand and use washer options versus my previous washer. I left one star unfilled because the washer does not have a drum light.

I love this washer! It's quieter than my old LG washer and cleans better. I also love the height -- I was able to switch from my old top-loader to this because I didn't have to bend over so far like the other front-loaders. Great product!

I bought this washing machine based on Consumer Reports and other reviews. Apparently its one of the best models out there. So far I like it and it works well. The app works really well and provides a lot of information and helps monitor for problems or maintenence. The only issue that I've noticed is that you have to be careful washing bedding and towels. If you wash too much and overload the machine it won't finish the spin cycle. My previous front loader didnt have that issue. Overall thats a minor thing, and easy to avoid.

Love this Smart Gas Dryer, efficient, cost efficient, the Product works great, however, the process of getting it installed by Best Buy was laborious at best. Form time of purchase to install , it took nearly 3 weeks! Upon each arrival of 3 separate sets of delivery persons, the wrong exhaust was brought each time, thus delaying the use of the machines by near to 3 weeks! It also cost me personal money to the tune of a loss of a full days work! Over $400 dollars. I love the machine, but the install efficiency of Best Buy was less than Satisfactory !

So far, one month in, I love this washer. Unfortunately, I had to replace another LG washer that was only 2 years old, but was terrible, but I am happy with the new one. It is fast and quiet, easy to use, cleans my clothes well, and i LOVE that it sends me a notification when the cycle is done! Also it fit into quite a small laundry room, which I was worried about- but no problem! And easy to set up, didn't even require professional install. Absolutely recommend.

The washer is excellent and easy to use; very effective at taking out stains. Installation and delivery by best buy was also excellent and easy. Best Buy financing (0%) was also great for this unexpected purchase.

I was a bit skeptical on all the functions but this is really easy to use. Does a great job, efficient, quiet and HUGE capacity. Love It.

We previously had an LG washer, also a front loader, that we purchased when our home was built back in 2007. At the time, LG had just started making clothes washers and driers, so I purchased the extended warranty even though that is almost never recommended by consumer experts. We never needed it, and now the prior LG washer is several years past the expected lifespan of a clothes washer. The prior LG washer did start some minor leaking recently. Given the cost of even getting repairmen out to look at an appliance, and the fact that the old washer is well past a washer's average lifespan, we decided to replace it. I purchased this replacement, and got a quick delivery date and installation from Best Buy. Despite the fact that the tub is larger, the cost was almost half that of the prior washer. That's how much the technology of front loaders has advanced over the years. While the prior washer was never bad noise-wise, this one is distinctly quieter. And unlike the old one, we can actually leave items like folded, clean laundry on top of this one while running a load, and they will not fall off. Both the older LG and this one are very good at cleaning laundry, though I do not have a chem lab in my house to actually test that. However, this particular model was at the top of "best washers" in a "leading consumer magazine," and they almost certainly *do* have such a lab.

Nice machine. Easy to use. Washes nicely. No problems so far. Have washed about 15 times since receipt. No smell. I wipe the gasket when finished. Am waiting for my purchased bags to wash delicate items as recommended by manual. Have washed delicate items separately with no problems. Can't connect the machine to my router even though my router has recognized the machine (indicated on I phone). Machine works fine without internet connection.

quiet runs quietly easy to operate plenty of wash cycles to choose from the only odd thing is it has a drain hose out front and screw in filter that i guess you have to occassionaly have to empty but water ends up leaking all over the place even when you try to put a shallow pan underneath it. leaky

This LG front load washer is easy to use and works well.
