Love it! Love that effortlessly pairs with the dryer on what setting was used. Super quiet and great load capacity

So far so good-we’ve had the washer about a month now, can’t believe how dry the clothes come out after the spin cycle—can hang them on the line in summer and they’re dry in a couple of hours! The water does accumulate around the rim so we’re drying that with microfiber after emptying and leaving the door open awhile as suggested. Not too loud, good range of cycles—overall very happy with it so far.

Love, love, love my new LG washer and Dryer. It makes having to wash clothes a pleasure. Definitely recommend this Brand.

Very nice washing machine with good capacity. Offers many wash cycles including a delayed and remote start. Other cycles available too with the app. Love the stacking ability for space saving in a smaller laundry room.

Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore Elite that would have cost too much to fix. This LG has been a good replacement in terms of capacity and features. So far has been without issues though we bought the service plan just to be sure it's worry free for a good while. Our only issue was the installation service was very rushed and the hoses were crammed against the wall and sticking out everywhere as compared to how I installed the Kenmore previously.

Love my new LG washer! Easy to use, quiet and handles a variety of load sizes with easy. Like the Thin-Q feature.... when connected via wifi, it gives me the time remaining for the to be completed, as well as a notification when it's done!

I love the capacity! It can accommodate big comforter. The options are great and efficient.

The LG 4.5 Cubic Foot Smart Front-Load Washer has built-in-intelligence and has very high efficiency. It is easy to use, very quiet and well priced.

I really like the capacity of this washer. I had to replace my previous LG front loader as it was 13 years old and stopped working. I do not like the ability to level it as it is too difficult for my elderly spouse and it seemed to become unlevel shortly after delivery. My previous washer had a setting to add more water and this one does not and I really liked that feature with items that were dirtier than usual.

Efficient design with low noise when operating. Very happy with this unit.

Greater washer, very user friendly and good even for large loads (I.e king size comforters). Easy to use and clean.

Performing well. Getting clothes clean. Machine is quiet. Spin cycle is excellent as clothes less damp than with other washing machines we have had.

Love this washer, washing clothes is quick and extremely easy to use. When linked to the LG app it makes for a better experience. Notifications are sent to my phone.

The first unit that was delivered had a broken control panel: The screen didn’t work, and the power button and cycle selector dial were completely detached from the unit. (See photos.) Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the defect until we’d hooked the washer up. It still ran, so while we were waiting for a replacement, we did a couple loads of laundry. It was so incredibly loud, even though I’d gone through the effort of leveling the feet first. Like, screeching loud. We couldn’t have a normal conversation three rooms away while it was running. Luckily, Best Buy swapped it out with another unit, and this one runs much quieter. So, if your unit is incredibly loud (like some other reviews indicate), my guess is that your unit is also defective, and you might consider getting a replacement. Annoyingly, Best Buy charged us $25 to install the replacement unit. (I’d installed the first defective one with a friend, but didn’t have a friend available to help install the replacement one when it came.) I feel like Best Buy should have waived that fee, since they’d sold me a defective unit to begin with.

Works as expected. I had it over 2 months and no issues so far. Hoping it last as long as my previous washer.

It's doing it's job! I bought is because I have REALLY hard water and my last washer only lasted 4 years. The app will not sync (don't really need an app, anyway...). I like the different settings, too. It is very LOUD, a lot louder than my samsung.

Easy mode selection, very quiet, excellent spin cycle and cleans well

I am really liking this new washer so far. I had my last set of LG washer & dryer for 20 years. This new set gets the clothes really clean and I like the new features helping to keep the sea from getting gross. As well as the antibacterial and allergen settings. These were a major selling feature for me.

LG washer and dryers are definitely the way to go. My son ordered his LG washer and dryer in early 2021 where everything was on back order but LG had products in stock. He loves his, so when me and my husband needed new laundry machines, we took our sons recommendation on LG. It seems people have gotten a lemon from every brand out there.. so always a possibility no matter which one you choose. These have been great, and the delivery came on time on the day I chose through BestBuy. They even converted my sons gas dryer to propane. Delivery came with two people that were able to get the machines up the stairs without damaging anything. Machines are stable and level, work very well, and look extremely sharp. These newer machines are impressive and I am totally happy with LG. I didn’t get the geek squad protection because the machines come with pretty good manufacture warranties, and plus I read a lot of reviews that say geek squad refers you to the manufacturer anyways so why waste the extra money?
