I bought both the washer and dryer set, and I absolutely love them. They are more quiet than most washer and dryers. Also has the smart dry so it will shut off when it detects that your close are dry, plus the washer also tumbles a little bit on normal mode and lets you know how long it will take for them to wash. That way when you only put in a little. You arent using as much water and it takes less time to wash. Also the dryer has a steam feature to help people like me to make sure that your clothes don't come out wrinkled. Love them and would recommend the set for everyone.

We’ve only had this for about a month. So far, no problems. Setting up was a little tedious because of the cramped quarters. It’s very heavy! Open up the additive drawer and push on the metal top (see picture). Be sure to remove the delivery bolts in the back (was done by the delivery men). Took me about an hour to level the feet. Make sure that they are carrying the load fairly evenly to prevent rocking. WiFi setup was a pain in the neck (especially since I’ll probably never use it) It took a good five minutes to figure out how to set it up for a load (didn’t read the manual) runs quiet. Seems to clean nicely. Spin cycle is very quiet and really gets the clothes dry (medium setting)

So far so good. Bought an open-box LG after seeing how highly reviewed it was by technicians. This thing is tranquil compared to my last washer, and it will last forever and is super easy to repair if needed. Some of the cycles are long, but that's to be expected with the steam options. Speed wash does the job for everyday wear. No regrets especially for the Open Box price.

Very quiet washer and we love the design as well. It also connect to your wifi and thinq app which will tell you when the cycle is complete. And it's also supposed to tell you any issues with the washer. Glad we went with the pedestal as it makes it easy to load/unload.

We had a Samsung washer and dryer stackable. We had nothing but problems for 3 years. Finally decided to change everyone said LG. Well BestBuy made this experience great they had the set we wanted and was deliver in less then a week. Delivery drivers were polite professional and answered all questions. Now to the use of the washer and dryer. Very simple use but the thing I like the most is how quite these are you can not hear them running at all having the APP for them makes knowing they are ready to switch loads nice as well. Highly recommend bestbuy and LG washer and dryer

Excellent and fast washing performance, especially with the TurboWash feature. Unfortunately, the matching dryer is prone to have the internal steam hose come lose and leak. This happened to me, and upon googling, I found it is common. I ended up returning the pair. I do miss this washer, though.

This washer machine is excellent. I love the door at front, that way it makes it more easy to do the laundry Easy to install.

Love this machine! The speed wash feature is great and I love the fact that I'm notified on my cell when the cycle is done because my washer is in a detached garage. Everything comes out clean and it's a much larger capacity machine than my old one. No complaints. Don't forget to take all the shipping materials off the machine though, especially the drum holding bolts.

It's so easy to use. My kids started to wash their own clothes. They love using it so much. My cats won't get off it. They love resting and sleeping on it. Definitely recommend. I never had a problem with it, but sometimes the cat furs clog it. If you face a problem like that try putting less clothes in washer.

I absolutely love this washing machine. We had 2 high efficiency top loaders before purchasing this washing machine, and they don’t compare. We purchased this LG washer 2 years ago and haven’t had a single problem. It gets my husband’s very dirty (grease and mud) and 3 children’s clothes so much cleaner than our previous washing machines. I would definitely recommend this LG washing machine. This is my favorite appliance in our home.

This is my initial review but so far I love this washer. The steam feature is actual steam unlike my dryer of a different brand. The machine is very solid and made from high quality parts. It’s also rated really high and that’s why I bought it. The cell phone feature is really nice. I get an alert when my laundry is done. Or I can even start a load from my phone. The washer does take longer than my previous top loading washer but I see how little water it’s using and still getting the clothes clean so it’s no big deal. One feature I love about this washer is the extra rinse cycle. You can set it todo up to 3. I think that’s really nice because I hate having soap in my clothing so I always rinse more than I should. Now it’s using so much less water and still doing a wonderful job. Only con is for the first week the washer smelled like plastic or something like rubber. It went away after many Tun cleans. Other than that it’s been a perfect washer. I’ve maybe done 30 loads.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this LG washing machine! After owning two high-efficiency top loaders, this machine is a game-changer. We got it two years ago, and it's been flawless. It tackles my husband's greasy and muddy clothes along with our three kids' laundry, leaving everything cleaner than ever before. Great load capacity, runs quiet and offers so many cycle options.

Well, up until now I would have given my washer 5 stars my husband just informed me that it’s leaking from the bottom of the machine it’s not even 6 months old! You have to be kidding me! Trying to get a hold of someone has been a nightmare! Just a little frustrating !!!! I will say that this machine is so much quieter than my old machine , also has a separate towel cycle that is very efficient!! Pretty cool if I might say. Once you get use to how the control system works it is pretty easy to use. I have never owned a LG before! Had Samsung for years and I would never buy again! This machine washes much faster after decides if I made the right choice for my washing choice…which I think is a hoot! Like I don’t know how to wash my laundry…it just adjusts the time to a efficient washing cycle…and I haven’t had any issues…now if I can just figure out how to get service! I would be very happy!! I’ll update once I get the water to stop leaking from the bottom of my machine!

I did purchased a Lg Washer with AI ,machine supper nice so far so good I do recomend this one with front load . I wish the price was more convenient and i have included delivery as other stores have ,but i was in a rush and my old one didnt work any longer ,so i paid for delivery as well that should be included . But overall im satisfied with the machine

We love our new washer. It is so much quieter than our old one. Haven't used many of the features, but the ones we have used work great. The spin cy le is the best i have seen. It is quiet and we have yet to have to shift clothes during tje spin cycle.

Maybe I've just had a lot of really bad luck with major appliances in the past. Or perhaps this really is the absolute best washer, full stop. The more I ponder it, the less I care because either way, I don't stress about washing my clothes anymore. This thing barely makes a sound. It's yet to get off balance and jump around or sound like I attempted to wash a bowling ball. Quite simply, it cleans my clothes on auto and probably does a whole lot more if I were to actually dig into the myriad of settings.

If you’re searching for the ultimate washer, look no further! This is my first LG and it works great. Easy to use, large, quiet and gets everything clean. I plan to buy the pedestal once its back in stock.
