Easy to use, very quiet, full of functions, looks sharp too!

I originally order washer dryer…it was delivered on time however dryer was the wrong item (my mistake). The best buy team from my orders, reorder, installations, delivery and rescheduling made it so easy. They were with me every step of the way. i love the notices i receive before the delivery and installer arrives! Love the features of my new machine! Love Love Love

I love this washer! It's so much quicker than my old one and it does a great job of cleaning. The front loading capacity is great for me and no problem at all! I just always remember to wipe out the lower rim and leave the door ajar for a for minutes if I'm finished doing the wash - it helps the washer dry perfectly.

The set is way better than my old ones, the advancement in performance is noticeable.

First off this the best washer I have ever owned ! But having said that it is not perfect. I Have only had it hooked up for a week now but have run it through its paces. The main drawback for me was the drain tube comes out of the lower left side if your looking at the front of the machine, which made it not long enough for me to reach my drain without disconnecting the hose holding strap and that gave me a few more inches to reach the drain. It doesn't effect anything but I shouldn't have to do that. And this machine does not handle a King Size comforter as good as other reviewers say. It did wash it, but was whining lightly and straining a little. So I will continue to take the King Size comforter to the laundromat. On the plus side it does clean regular loads a lot better than my old Samsung. It is very quiet and very we'll balanced. The Steam cycle is more of a gimmick than anything but it does work kind of. All in all I am happy with it. I purchased the LG 3 year premium care plan because I really don't want any issues for about 4 years.

As a replacement for a previously trouble-free, 13 year old LG-made washer with similar features, this unit was exactly what we wanted. So far it has met our expectations. Best Buy’s sales and purchase procedures made the experience an actual pleasure, instilling confidence with their efficiency and easing the anxiety associated with large purchases.

This washer is awesome. The ThinQSpp lets me know when my laundry has finished and ready to put in the dryer.

I use this machine quite a bit working construction and it is handling all of my dirty clothes lol no problems runs quietly

Love our new LG washing machine. First, the sound is practically non-existent. The cycle offering is diverse & accommodates our varied needs. Our clothes are clean & fresh efficiently & quickly. Options allow me to customize my cycles. Great unit with all the options of newer model but better price.

Waited tonguve this review until id had it in use a few weeks - LOVE this washer!! Can't believe how clean and soft items come out. And the Allergiene cycle had been an absolute life saver. So excited for the matching dryer to be delivered this weekend!

We purchased this new washer to replace another LG front load washer that needed repairs after 15 years. This new one has a larger capacity and is quiter and more efficient than the old one. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

After having an LG frontload washer for 14 years, we replaced it with a similar model. The old washer shook violently so I am thrilled that this one feels so stable. I have tried several different loads to test it out from small loads to a large load of towels to a queen size down comforter. Every load has been rock steady. My husband has even noticed that the towels have come out even cleaner than before. Same detergent and cycle used so the machine has made the difference. I especially like the Turbo Clean feature. It makes so much sense to use that to get all the detergent out without needing to fill the drum. Now I just hope this one lasts 14 years too. Consumer Reports says that customers rate LG as the most reliable brand. Here's hoping so! Some have complained of the display being dark but we have good lighting in our laundry room and have NO problem reading the display. Perhaps in a dimly lit one it would be difficult.

I am delighted with that washing machine it has been the best purchase I have made in my vida.si someone wants to buy the best washing machine I buy this one that you will not regret, it fascinates me, it washes excellently well, it does not leave a stain, it has too many functions and does not make any noise that no one realizes you are washing. I RECOMMEND IT 100%.

We upgraded to the newer model and this has been a great choice. Very quiet and efficient and really made a good choice. Now planning on using the matching dryer as a stackqble to save space.

I recently bought a set of LG washer & dryer and so far happy with both! I have used them about 4 times by now and happy with the result. Hint: always leave the door of the washer open for air to flow in and that’s one thing to always remember.

The spin cycle of this washer is so efficient, the dryer’s job is almost done when it’s unloaded! I have been very satisfied with this product.

We love this new washer. it is easy to use and let's my phone know when a problem exists or its time to run a drum clean. We love the options.

Great LG washer. Little more noisy then the older model but, still works well.
