Quiet, efficient, and very easy to use. Definitely a fair value. We have the companion dryer as well and are very happy with both products. We don't have them stacked so I can't speak to that, nor do we have them connected to the internet, but they get the job done and they look good, too!

Delivery was early. The install was done well and efficiently. I was given a tutorial on how to use the machine and really appreciated how friendly and easy going the delivery gentlemen were. After using it for awhile I'm very happy with how it performs.

So far this washing machine has been great. Our Samsung washer broke and I did some research on more reliable brands and LG kept coming up so we took the chance. The features are great and I like the steam option if I want to really sanitize clothes or bedding. The machine itself is quiet and the LG app is really helpful it lets you know when the load is done and when you need to do a self clean. I hope it lasts longer than our Samsung.

It works great, efficient way to use. A little louder than my last, but easy to use and gets big loads of clothes clean, fast.

We are really liking this washer so far. It functions quietly, smoothly, quickly, and has a built in mode for just about everything you could think. We do not utilize the smart things feature, and don't feel like we are missing anything. It makes it very evident that we need a new dryer as well (we can do two loads of laundry in the time it takes our dryer to finish one cycle).

Works great. Simple to use. Quality product. Love the quiet operation and smooth transition of sound from washing to spin cycle. Dryer is superb. Could not ask for better product form LG .

This LG Washer makes a noise during the Rinse Cyle. Our first unit made an extremely loud noise, making the top floor virtually shake. It’s a fault in this model that LG probably does not even acknowledge. Best Buy referred me to LG for service and after wasting a bunch of hours and them not showing up on an appointment, Best Buy helped out - came in checked the unit and recommended a replacement since it was within 60 days. The new machine also makes a noise in the rinse cycle but it is way more tolerable and does not shake our house and top floor. I lost all respect for LG and gained a lot for Best Buy, which is why I am giving a rating o 4. Thank you Best Buy and shame on you LG.

Best washer we've ever had! There is no vibration, and it's extremely quiet.

While it's too early to rave about this new washer - I've used it only a month - everything so far works as expected. The new features (turbo, built-in intelligence, ...) are transparent to us. The basic operations are pretty similar to the one we had. Thus, we don't need to learn much to operate the machine. We had the old LG for almost 15 years. And there wasn't anything to complain about. Then last Dec, the machine died, and after 15 years, we can't complain about that either. We were looking at other brands too but then 'why go for the unknown'! As far as quality goes, we can only go by the experience with the old machine, and from what we read about LG there isn't any red-flag!

I had a 10 year old LG front loader which I thought I ruined by washing a sheepskin seat cover. It completely shredded and clogged up everything but the repairman said it was a good unit that lasts a very long time, so I fixed it and gave it to my daughter and bought a new one for me. It is quiet and thorough (the jets around the door seal make sure that everything gets clean and rinsed well!) and I could not be more satisfied!

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—everything was handled smoothly and with care. The delivery and installation team did a fantastic job as well. They arrived on time, set everything up perfectly, and made sure I understood how everything worked. On top of that, they were incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process. This is a highly recommended product for a quality washes and very efficient in the time and energy use.

Wonderful. Works like a charm. Quiet. No vibration problems. Normal cold cycle is quick, at 30 min. I changed from similar Samsung model that was $100 cheaper to this one. I should have gone with LG from get-go. I use the washer and don’t have to worry about reliability.
