Nice machine quite and runs great. Like all the features that it had. Had the first generation LG washer and dryer set great upgrade.

First one lasted 9 years. We wash clothes. 6days a week. This washer is durable and gets clothes clean. Great buy.

Bought this washer to replace another LG we bought 17 years ago. Hopefully this one will last as long. This unit has a lot of features and is very quiet. The WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control if needed. I opted to install this washer myself and it was straight forward and relatively easy. The new glass door feature is a nice touch. It shouldn't get scratched like the old door did. I would recommend. It went on sale and we snatched it up.

So far, so good, have just done several loads of wash. The clothes come out clean, most of the moisture is gone making drying quicker. Being alerted on my cellphone about how much time is left for the load to finish is so helpful!!! Washer holds lots of laundry, which is great!!! Will take a bit of time to figure out which features are available for each specific type of laundry, and which cannot be combined, as I saw when trying to change the spin cycle on a heavy duty load. Drying all the moisture remaining moisture in the rubber seal of the door is always going to be a bit of a chore, but not hard to do, and from what I understand, essential to prevent mold and funky smells.

I bought this washing machine to replace a 10-year old Samsung that broke down and so far (1 month) I’m very happy with the upgrade. The drum is spacious and the machine does a good job with much lower noise levels than my previous one. The ThinQ app is a plus but still has a lot of room for improvement, e.g. by offering more guidance to create detailed and persistent custom programs for different washing conditions based on fabrics, soil levels, etc. It would be nice to have my own set of setting to pick from every time I wash without having to think, e.g., “my towels”, “my blue coat”, etc.!

I love it!! This washer uses so much less water than our previous washer. It is very quiet and is very good stylish. I leave my laundry room door open to show it off. Be careful the exterior will scratch easily, although that was true of my old washer/dryer that was in white. The scratches are more obvious on black vs white.

This is an upgrade from a GE front loader that crapped out after only 5 years. This does an incredible job of washing clothes, towels, and sheets with ease. I love that I am notified when the wash is done via app. Word of advice, to prevent mold/mildew, when not in use, open the door, including the detergent drawer.

I did some research and chose this model - which has turned out very well indeed. The price was good and the return options also very good (tho' I did not need to use them) Very satisfied.

Love this washer. Works very well. Manages large loads and appears water efficient. Very reliable thus far. Very pleased. Quiet operation and pleasant notification when it’s done.

Unit is everything it was advertised to be and more. Only thing that could be added is a light on the tub. It is truly smart.

I bought this set for my mom. It is very sleek amd modern-looking. She never had a front loader so it was a positive change but she actually loves that it is quiet and cleans pretty well and spins to almost dry. I would recommend. Also comes with a 10 year warranty.

Love the stackable LG washer and dryer. It was extremely efficient when I did my first load of laudry (towels) as it has a specific setting for towels and they were washed and dried extremely fast, saving me time. The Smart feature and Built-in Intelligence are extremely useful and easy to navigate. Should have bought these sooner!

This is a great washer, easy to use, very quite during wash cycle.

Love this washer! Super quiet, quick wash times, and clothes are almost dry after a spin cycle. Really nice. The wifi / internet connection seemed just silly, but I admit it's kinda cool to know when the load is done with a phone notification instead of having to check back on the washer all the time. Nice feature after all.

Excellent cleaning and shorter cycles with the steam add on. Love the capacity and getting notifications via WiFi that the load is done. Highly recommend
