Love it so far. I’ve only used steam cycle because hate to use stain remover. And for the most, does a decent job. Much better than old washer.

I had BB deliver and set-up. Delivery people were great, efficient and made sure the washer was properly set up including a successful 1st trial wash.
I've tried several of the different kinds of cycles, all of which worked great. There is a slight learning curve (so many choices!). The final spin makes the wash load feel almost dry before using the dryer for a much shorter time than with my previous washer.
I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of use.

This washer's roomy and easy to load. The controls are clear and I have no complaints about the wash quality. But the machine's noisier than I expected, and the condensation on the door and seal after a load is complete concerns me. I wipe it down (never had to do that with my old top-loader) and leave the door open for a while – which is less than convenient.

STAY AWAY! Less than 6 months in and there is already damage to the door gasket. LG refuses to repair under warranty. We are not washing knives, or dragging razor blades out with the clothes, and yet we are now left with a leaking, broken washer that cost $800 and will now cost another $200+ to fix. I've had front load washers before and have never had this happen. Absolute garbage.

Complete through cleaning, pleasant sound to alert end of cycles.

I learned a lot. Just replace seals & bearing, YT vids say. No, LG took care of that: the part that corrodes and breaks, every time, is the aluminum spinner aka spider. Before this model it could be replaced, but now it cannot, the outer drum is cemented instead of bolted. To fix, replace the assembly: $679+shp+tax parts alone! It lasted only 18 months…this is Anti-American!!
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience and the lessons you have learned. It is disappointing to hear that you had to replace seals and bearings only to discover a more significant issue with the aluminum spinner. We understand your frustration with the design change that makes it difficult to replace the part, leading to a costly replacement of the entire assembly. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your feedback is valuable, and we will ensure it is passed on to the relevant teams for improvement. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this situation. Thank you for expressing your concerns, and we are sorry for the anti-American sentiment you feel regarding this issue. Please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris

Whisper quiet, enormous capacity, super low energy use, and of course, really good at washing clothes. A huge upgrade over our old top-loader.

This thing has beat every expectation.
I picked this model based off Consumer Reports, high rated for our use. We have two large shedding dogs, and I'm outdoors a lot so lots of muddy clothes.
Eats through everything silently and then politely chimes that it's ready for more.
Haven't used the WiFi or smart learning much, yet- but I'm sure those features are on par with the physical labor this unit outputs.

This washer made some horrible noises at first but after 2 washes, everything is operating as it should. Cleans my clothes well and I only use the speed wash setting.

Great deal, went to Lowe’s as my buddy suggested to get an open box one. Found one there for a good price but they wanted me to pay to delivery, set up, and pick up! Went by Best Buy just to look and the price matched it for me with free delivery!!

I like how clean my clothes are and the cute little tune when it’s finished washing. I love all the options this washer has like choosing spin speed for example. I do wish that it has a light inside the washer though To sum it all up would be the great cleaning for anything I want to wash.

Only had it about 6 weeks but so far it's working well. It has a large capacity. The spin cycle is great and gets most of the water out. Clothes actually get stuck to the drum because it spins so well. It's nice that it can tell you when it's done so wet clothes don't sit because you forgot them.
