Our washer and dryer were at least 13 years old so when we started having problems with the washer we thought it wise to replace both. We are happy we did. The new washer is not as noisy and our clothes appear to be cleaner than with the old washer. They were on sale so we are happy with the purchases.

Strong odor when first delivered which is slowly going away. Capacity is lower than expected. Recommend getting the riser since it is a lot of work getting clothes out otherwise. Also the filter door on the front is blocked if you have a tray under the washer.

Isn’t it wonderus being able to wash your wonderful clothing?! well if you want a wonderful washing machine, walk on over to Best Buy and buy their WonderUs washing machine and carry it home and it will make wonders for you! Wonder why you may ask? Well because it’s wonderful and wonderus!

This gets only 3 stars because it is a replacement washer. My previous model stop working less than 5 years. WOW! With the price of these, they should at least last for 10 years. Although the motor has the warranty, with labor it was not worth repairing and we were told 5 plus months for parts. So that basically invalidates the warranty.

Super quiet machine with a huge tub. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Lots of buttons... YouTube to the rescue! The only surprise was that the machine runs a lot longer than our old machine. Try Speed Wash setting if you're in a hurry.

Absolutely love my new LG washing machine. It is beautiful, as well as elegant looking with so many awesome features. You almost don't even want to use it because it is soooo pretty!!!

I've had this washer for a month now and have done many washes, So far so good! I enjoy the shorter length of time for the normal wash. The machine is also quiet. I do not use the wifi though I set it up. Lots of bells and whistles that I'm still learning about. Nice to know it's there if I ever want to use them.

I really like this washing machine. Washes in no time and very efficient. I returned 2 Maytag washers which died within 1 and 2 weeks.

This machine washes well. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is the price. It is a little expensive when adding the much needed riser.

This replaced my 15 year old LG washer. I like the machine. Different settings make for cleaner laundry. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the door catch where the door closes and locks into the body of the washer is plastic. To me, it seems they went cheap on this item and may not stand up to the rigors of the door opening and closing. I do like the wifi connectability. I know, I thought the same thing. WHY? Well, being connected, it reminded me after 30 washes, to clean the drum. My old machine failed because of deteriorating bearings because of soap buildup. If this helps keep this machine running for 5 extra years, it's a good feature to have.

I love this beauty! Hard working and very quiet. It has not let me down once in the couple or months I've now had it!!!

I like the washer. It was a bit of a learning process when I first got it. It has a very strong spin cycle with turbo wash on. That’s usually a good thing but it shredded quite a few cloth diapers at the lowest spin setting before I figured things out.

Works great. Cleans clothes fantastic. Highly recommended.
