Great product looks nice and washes good. The only down side I have noticed is the fabric softener doesn’t fully get rinsed out when washing I have had to clean it out myself other then that good.

I've had my washer for a month and love that it runs quiet. Also, my laundry comes out clean, so I don't have any complains.

I love doing laundry now!! It is easy to use and the AI technology is cool. Very impressed.

We just received our new washer and got it set up. We have run 8 to 10 loads to date and are very impressed by how well it gets our clothing clean! We are also impressed by how quiet it is and how little water it uses.

We have used it five times and it cleans very well. It is easy to use and the myriad of settings meet all our needs.

Works as advertised. I've only had the machine for a month by Best Buy has been hounding me to review it. I cannot give an honest opinion as it has been a short duration of use but so far I am satisfied. Best Buy, knock off the relentless emails demanding reviews of the products. I may buy more products if you would relax these nonsense business practices.

The machine is great, and I would have given it 5 stars except that the Wi-Fi connection does not work properly. I have called LG several times, and the only way to get it to connect is to unplug the machine, plug it back in, sign out of then back into the ThinQ app. Deleting and reinstalling the ThinQ app does nothing. I also have the matching dryer and the Wi-Fi connection with that machine works perfectly. Apparently other customers have similar problems with the Wi-Fi connection on this washer model.

This machine works great and is extremely quiet even when it's on the high speed spin. I've had other front loaders that were super noisy. Love this one.

Ive had this washing machine for a few weeks and it is very fast and quiet. Gets almost all the water out of the clothes so it saves energy on drying.

Worth the price now , At the time could have got something better for the price i paid.

Item fits with the stack able dryer we bought at Best Buy years ago. this model is faster than one we had, quieter than the previous washer

I purchased this washer because my Kenmore I had for years went up. I have had it for about 3 weeks and have not had any issues. Its quiet and washes better than my Kenmore. Was searching around and this was one of the only ones I could get delivered right away.

So far just under 100 cycles. Great smart features and the washer will tell you when to do self cleaning cycles.

First, our salesperson (Joanna) was great. She really knows her appliances... took us right to what we needed. Love this washer. It is very Quiet and quick!! So many settings for whatever your laundry desires. We are very pleased and Best But got it here quickly.

I love my machine I purchased it for my wife but I did not like the people that suppose to hook it up they were not prepared and I really didn’t appreciate that

We bought this LG dryer to replace our prior one. This one is a smart appliance so it works through an app as well as Alexa. With all of the cycles it has online there really is a cycle for everything. It works faster than our old one and cleans very well. One drawback on this one is that you cannot program a favorite cycle. We used to have a special one for sensitive clothes. However there are a lot of programs and it seems to be covered (also have others like gym cloths and baby clothes) The other drawback is that if you want to start it remotely, you have to turn it on and hold a button for a remote start so if you don’t remember to do that, the smart app will not help you. Notifications on the app that the washer is done also very helpful.
